There is no age limit defined under the AIBE eligibility criteria 2019
Candidates who have graduated from the academic year 2009 - 10 onwards have to appear for AIBE to get a Certificate of Practice
Candidate must possess a law degree from a recognized institute
Candidate must be registered with the State Bar Council of his/her respective state.
To practice in a Court of Law, an advocate must possess a Certificate of Practice or COP. Qualifying the All India Bar Examination is essential to receive the COP. Hence, if at any point, the BCI finds out that you have violated the eligibility criteria of AIBE XIV 2019, your COP will be cancelled, thus cancelling your licence to practice in a court of law. This will prove to be detrimental for your goodwill and years of practice. Thus, all the candidates are advised to check the AIBE XIV eligibility criteria 2019 before applying for AIBE XIV.
Q. What is the minimum aggregate required in the final year to appear for AIBE XIV 2019?

To qualify All India Bar exam you need to score a minimum of 40% and as your result is showing fail and you have doubts regarding the same i would suggest you to give your paper for rechecking, Re-checking requests will be accepted from 05th Dec 2019 to/till 15th Dec 2019 on payment of Rs. 200 and the results will be given to the candidate within 7 days of such request.
There is no way to predict the chances of getting your marks increased or chances of them decreasing but, if you have doubts regarding the checking procedure then you can physically check your answer sheets by booking a time slot and visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule which will be informed to them after the Bar Council of India receiving the application.
