AIBE XIV (14) Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Bar Council of India has defined the eligibility criteria of AIBE XIV 2019 in the official notification. Candidates are advised to read and understand the eligibility criteria of AIBE 14 2019 before applying for the examination. AIBE XIV 2019 eligibility criteria is important because if the candidate is found ineligible his/her Certificate of Practice can be revoked. AIBE XIV (14) Eligibility Criteria 2019 -

To fit into the eligibility criteria of AIBE XIV 2019, candidate has to fulfill the following requisites -

  • There is no age limit defined under the AIBE eligibility criteria 2019

  • Candidates who have graduated from the academic year 2009 - 10 onwards have to appear for AIBE to get a Certificate of Practice

  • Candidate must possess a law degree from a recognized institute

  • Candidate must be registered with the State Bar Council of his/her respective state.

Why is the AIBE XIV (14) Eligibility Criteria 2019 so important?

To practice in a Court of Law, an advocate must possess a Certificate of Practice or COP. Qualifying the All India Bar Examination is essential to receive the COP. Hence, if at any point, the BCI finds out that you have violated the eligibility criteria of AIBE XIV 2019, your COP will be cancelled, thus cancelling your licence to practice in a court of law. This will prove to be detrimental for your goodwill and years of practice. Thus, all the candidates are advised to check the AIBE XIV eligibility criteria 2019 before applying for AIBE XIV.

Q. What is the minimum aggregate required in the final year to appear for AIBE XIV 2019?

Ans. The Bar Council of India has not specified any such requirement. However, the candidate must have completed his/her law degree to be eligible for AIBE.

Q. How many times can I appear for the AIBE?

Ans. There are no fixed number of attempts, candidate can take the AIBE as many times till he/she qualifies the same.

Q. I cleared my LL.B in the year 2008, and have been in a job since then. Do I have to take the AIBE XIV if I want to practice now?

Ans. No, this rule is not applicable to all those who have graduated before the year 2009. Thus, you do not have to appear for AIBE to get a COP.

Q. Is there any minimum age requirement for AIBE?

Ans. The AIBE eligibility criteria does not specify the age limit for the candidates. However, the minimum age for enrolling into an LL.B degree programme is 17 years.

As per revised answer key(AIBE-XIV) I have obtained 39 marks, but result showing fail.So what to do

Hi there,

To qualify All India Bar exam you need to score a minimum of 40% and as your result is showing fail and you have doubts regarding the same i would suggest you to give your paper for rechecking, Re-checking requests will be accepted from 05th Dec 2019 to/till 15th Dec 2019 on payment of Rs. 200 and the results will be given to the candidate within 7 days of such request.

hello sir, I have just given my AIBE IV 2019.exam and I have failed. after applying for the revaluation, how many percentage of chances are there, of passing, or any chances of Marks of getting increased

There is no way to predict the chances of getting  your marks increased or chances of them decreasing but, if you have doubts regarding the checking procedure then you can physically check your answer sheets by booking a time slot  and visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule which will be informed to them after the Bar Council of India receiving the  application.

Hello Sir, result of AIBE 14 is out of 92 questions??? this question comes because result have been declared before revised answer key.

Hello,

Board will send you all the answer key. Wait until that time. If there is any change then that is board's responsibility and they will handle it. If any thing is not available then you can keep checking the official webpage for updation and ask your friends if they got some documents or not.

If you know any teacher then you can him/her to solve it for you. They can get the most probable answer. Still you will get everything provided by the officials so have patience.
