AIBE IX 2015 Exam Pattern – The Exam Pattern of AIBE 9 will help you in drawing an overview of the pattern of the bar examination paper. AIBE 9 Paper Pattern mentions the modalities of the professional law exam including number of questions, total marks, marking scheme and subject-wise distribution of marks

Exam Mode – All India Bar Examination (AIBE) IX 2015 will be conducted in offline mode only.

 

Exam Duration – The bar exam will be held for a maximum of 3 hours and 30 minutes duration.

 

Exam Venues – The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be conducting the exam on March 6 at as many as 40 exam centres across India including Allahabad, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi and Vishakhapatnam. Number of Questions – As per AIBE IX 2015 Exam Pattern, the question paper will comprise of as many as 100 questions of objective (Multiple-Choice Questions) nature.

Total Marks – The 100 objective question of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 9 shall carry 100 marks.

 

Marking Scheme – If you choose the correct option among the four given against each question of AIBE IX 2015 Question Paper, you will be awarded one mark each, whereas no marks will be deducted for any incorrect response, as AIBE doesn’t follow any negative marking policy.

 

It is worth note that if you mark any of the questions with more than one answer, it will be regarded as wrong and no marks will be awarded to the very question even though one of the options is correct.

 

Subjects – The questions of AIBE 9 will cover as many as 19 subjects including Limitation Act, Family Law, Jurisprudence, Company Law, Civil Penal Code, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Penal Code and Law of Torts. Click here to get detailed syllabus of AIBE IX 2015.

The exam dates for All India Bar Examination are not yet announced officially.The exam maybe conducted in the month of December 3rd week which is tentative.So I would suggest you to wait for official announcement.Kindly keep an eye on new updates so that you won't miss any important information.

After pursuing llb can I opt for any available diploma course along with giving the All India Bar Exam simultaneously.

Hello,

i assume that you are saying after completing your llb,, yes once you completed your llb degree you can opt any course and any diploma course of your wish but during your course while you're pursuing llb you can not opt any course or diploma as it is against the rule of BCI of india.

All India Bar Examination is mandatory for all those who want to practice in a court of law, and are graduating from the academic year 2009-10. Clearing the AIBE will award the candidate a Certificate of Practice (COP) thereby enabling them to practice in a court of law.

When will the Result of All India Bar Examination 14 be declared?

AIBE Result 2019 – The All India Bar Examination Results had been released tentatively by last week of September 2019. Candidates who have applied for AIBE examination can visit the official website to check their AIBE XIV (14) result. In order to check the AIBE Results, candidates must enter their “Registration Id” and “Password“.


Along with the declaration of AIBE Results, the officials had also release the AIBE Scorecard. Those candidates who are qualified in AIBE examination will be awarded the Certificate of Practice (COP) by the officials of BCI (Bar Council of India).
