Exam Mode – All India Bar Examination (AIBE) IX 2015 will be conducted in offline mode only.
Exam Duration – The bar exam will be held for a maximum of 3 hours and 30 minutes duration.
Exam Venues – The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be conducting the exam on March 6 at as many as 40 exam centres across India including Allahabad, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi and Vishakhapatnam. Number of Questions – As per AIBE IX 2015 Exam Pattern, the question paper will comprise of as many as 100 questions of objective (Multiple-Choice Questions) nature.
Total Marks – The 100 objective question of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 9 shall carry 100 marks.
Marking Scheme – If you choose the correct option among the four given against each question of AIBE IX 2015 Question Paper, you will be awarded one mark each, whereas no marks will be deducted for any incorrect response, as AIBE doesn’t follow any negative marking policy.
It is worth note that if you mark any of the questions with more than one answer, it will be regarded as wrong and no marks will be awarded to the very question even though one of the options is correct.
Subjects – The questions of AIBE 9 will cover as many as 19 subjects including Limitation Act, Family Law, Jurisprudence, Company Law, Civil Penal Code, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Penal Code and Law of Torts. Click here to get detailed syllabus of AIBE IX 2015.
