Exam Pattern of AIBE IX 2015 – The All India Bar Exam was conducted in offline mode comprising as many as 100 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks. Each question had four options against it and candidates needed to choose the correct among them. While for every correct response, one mark would have been awarded, there would be no mark deducted for any incorrect answer as BCI doesn’t follow negative marking policy. The 100 questions were asked from a total of 19 subjects including Limitation Act, Family Law, Jurisprudence, Company Law, Civil Penal Code, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Penal Code and Law of Torts.
