Students who shall be appearing for AILET 2015 may check below paper pattern of the law entrance exam to know what NLU Delhi has set the pattern so far. AILET 2015 Exam Pattern may aid you to prepare well for the law entrance exam according to the syllabus and pattern of the questions and marking scheme.

Exam Venues - The exam will be conducted in as many as 19 cities including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur and Varanasi.

Duration of AILET 2015 -
1 hour and 30 minutes


Type of Questions - 
AILET 2015 BA LLB Exam shall consist of single paper consisting of Objective Type Questions


Total number of Questions -
 150 MCQs

Marking Scheme - While for every correct answer, one mark shall be awarded and no marks shall be deducted for any incorrect response. Moreover, the questions marked with more than one response will be marked wrong.

NLU Delhi AILET 2015 Exam Pattern for LLM –

Duration of AILET 2015 LLM Exam - 1 hour and 30 minutes

Type of Questions - 
AILET 2015 LLM Exam shall consist of single paper consisting of Objective Type Questions

Total number of Questions - 100 MCQs and one essay

Total Marks: 150

Subjects covered in
AILET 2015 LLM Exam - 

  • Law of Contracts

  • Law of Torts

  • Criminal Law

  • Constitutional Law

  • Legal Theory

In addition to the above, AILET 2015 LLM Entrance candidates will also have to write an essay on a given topic.

Marks Distribution -  The subjects, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Theory together shall carry 100 marks and the essay shall carry 50 marks.

 

Marking Scheme - Candidates appearing for AILET 2015 LLM Exam shall be awarded one mark each for every correct response and no marks shall be deducted for any incorrect response. Moreover, the questions marked with more than one response will be marked wrong.

I m in class 11 now in 2019 i will give my board exams in 2021 so can i appear for clat and ailet exam next year in 2020 when i will be in 12 class?

Hii,

CLAT is a National level Common law Entrance test to pursue law Course. The Basic eligibility criteria is one must have passed 10+2 from a recognised Board of University with minimum 50% of marks. All the final year Intermediate students are also eligible to write CLAT exam.

All the 5 year courses of LLB are at par and there is tremendous scope to expand in one's career be it in litigation or in law firms or as in house counsels the salary varies. It totally depends on the practice and clients of the lawyer the amount of money they earn, good  law firms pay 50-60K to freshers. it depends on which field you chose to practice be it in law firm or you decide to start your own practice

Greetings!

Yes , you are eligible after your 12th for AILET. Eligibility criteria for AILET 2020 is listed below :-

  • You should have completed 10+2 with Senior Secondary System or equivalent examination from a recognized board or should be appearing for Class XII examination
  • You need to score a minimum 50 percent marks in the qualifying examination
  • There is no age bar for candidates who wish to apply for AILET 2020 .

I failed in Maths in science stream, but passed overall with 70%. So am I eligible for CLAT & AILET exams. plzz reply!!!

Hello dear aspirant.

As of now you will be facing a great problem at the time of admission because they can't allow a failed candidate. Yes in eligibility criteria you will find that only +2 passed is required. But it will be not sufficient when you go for admission.
