    AILET Eligibility Criteria 2023: The National Law University (NLU), Delhi sets the eligibility criteria for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2023. Before applying for the AILET 2023 exam, candidates should familiarize themselves with the eligibility requirements. If candidates fail to meet the AILET eligibility criteria 2023, their application will be rejected. Admission to the five-year BA LLB programme and one-year LLM programme and PhD programmes are offered through the AILET 2023.     AILET 2023 Eligibility Criteria - BA LLB Programme

    Educational Qualification - Candidates must have completed their senior secondary education (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with a passing grade of 45 percent (40 percent for SC/ST/PwDs).

    Candidates who will be appearing for the qualifying examination for the 12th standard in 2023 are also eligible to apply for AILET. However, they will be eligible for the admission to BA LLB programme only after clearing the 12th standard with minimum qualifying marks.

    Age Limit - There is no age limit for appearing for the entrance exam.

    AILET Eligibility Criteria 2023 - LLM Programme

    Educational Qualification - Candidates who have completed LLB or an equivalent law degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC/ST/persons with disabilities).

    Applicants appearing for their final year/semester of LLB are also eligible to apply for AILET 2023. However, they will be eligible for the admission to LLM programme only after completing their graduation with minimum qualifying marks.

    Age Limit - There is no upper age limit for AILET 2023 for LLM.

    AILET 2023 Eligibility Criteria - PhD Programme

    • Candidates who have completed LLM or an equivalent law degree with an average of 55 percent (50 percent in case of SC/ST/PwDs).

    To become eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following conditions

    1. Meet the course eligibility criteria as mentioned above

    2. Appear in AILET 2023 and secure a rank within the AILET cut off list.

    3. Appear in AILET counselling and complete the admission process by submitting the documents and course fee.

    NLU, Delhi has started the application form for AILET 2023 on its official website - on September 7, 2022. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be able to apply by registering and completing the application form. Filling out the AILET 2023 application form entails entering personal information, and educational qualifications, submitting documents, and paying the application fee.

    The AILET 2023 application form will be available soon. The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national level entrance exam administered annually by the National Law University (NLU). The examination is held for applicants interested in law programs at various NLU campuses across India.

    Only eligible applicants will be able to access the application form.

    The registration process will begin online in the third week of January 2023. And the entrance exam are likely to be conducted on 26th of june, 2023.

As per your given query , the NLU Delhi that is National Law University , Delhi will conduct All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2022 in offline, pen and paper format, across the country. The university will allot the exam centre as per the candidates preferences. When you filled the application form you have the chance to put your three choices for the exam centre.     AILET 2022 exam date has been released by NLU Delhi and it is going to be conducted on June 26th, 2022 from 10-11:30 AM in offline mode.

    For AILET 2022, Admit cards have also been released on June 16th, 2022 for registered candidates.

    Also note that now Mathematics section has been dropped out from AILET 2022 from BA LLB entrance exam and now there will be only three sections namely :-

    Section A : English Language (50 questions; 50 marks)

    Section B : Current Affairs & General Knowledge (30 questions; 30 marks).

    Section C : Logical Reasoning (70 questions; 70 marks).
