AILET PG 2016 Merit List – National Law University Delhi (NLU-D) shall be announcing Merit List of AILET PG 2016 by the third week of May in online mode. You can check your All India Rank (AIR) for admissions to one-year LLM programme in the NLU with the announced AILET PG 2016 Merit List.
AILET PG Merit List 2016 shall also be regarded as the rank list of AILET PG 2016 as it’ll specify the AIR in the LLM admission test of NLU Delhi.

AILET PG 2016 Tie-Break System – In case of any tie between two or more candidates with equal scores as per the result of AILET PG 2016, the same shall be broken in the following procedure and method –
Higher marks BA LLB/LLB degree programme
AILET PG 2016 will be conducted in an offline mode for a maximum of 90 minutes, comprising as many as 150 questions carrying a maximum of 150 marks
The 150 objective type questions (MCQs) will be distributed among a number of sections including Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Family Law, Property Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Moreover, you are required to respond a question with only one option from a total of four provided against them; in case you respond any question with more than one answer, it’ll be regarded as wrong and no marks will be awarded to the very question even though, one of the another marked options for the question is correct
While each correct answer will be awarded one mark, no marks will be deducted for any incorrect answer, as NLU-D doesn’t follow the system of negative marking

Can you please confirm the status of total seats for LLM this year? News reports say that seats have increased to 120, NCR reservation stayed, OBC reservation removed. NLU official website doesnt mentions reservation for OBC & EWS. Kindly confirm. Thanks
Total no. of seats offered for admission in 2020 is 2175. For UG programmes are 1308. The number of seats available for the special category is 325. The total number of seats offered to the candidates of the state where the NLUs are located is 621.

AILET consists of 150 questions; each question carrying one mark and negative marking of 0.25 is applicable for every wrong answer. AILET contains the following sections- English, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics. There is a time limit of 90 minutes. What is syllabus for CLAT and AILET PG entrance exams?
The AILET syllabus for LLM consistes of topics from law of contracts, Law of torts, criminal laws, constitutional laws and legal theory.
From each of the above topics there are 20 questions. It is an offline exam with MCQ based answers.
total time provided is 90 mins.For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and negative marking of 0.25 for wrong answers.
