AILET 2019 – National Law University, Delhi (NLU-D) has extended the last date to submit the AILET 2019 application form from April 8, 2019 to April 15, 2019. The university will conduct AILET 2019 on May 5, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am for admissions into the undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes. The examination which was to be earlier conducted from 3:00 to 4:30 am will now be held on the new aforementioned timings. AILET 2019 will be held in offline mode. AILET 2019 will be conducted in as many as 20 cities of India. NLU Delhi through All India Law Entrance Test offers admissions into 73 seats of five-year integrated law programme and 20 seats under the LLM programme. NLU Delhi has earlier announced AILET 2019 official notification and the application form of AILET 2019 has also begun on January 4, 2019. AILET 2019 – Admission Process
National Law University, Delhi conducts All India Law Entrance Test for admissions into it’s undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes. AILET is conducted annually and the admission process starts with a notification and application forms are made available to the candidates. Candidates get access of the admit card and after that the national-level law entrance test is conducted. Candidates get their result and who qualify AILET are called for the counselling and admission procedure thereafter.
National Law University Delhi has announced the eligibility criteria of AILET 2019 on January 4, 2019. Candidates need to read and understand the AILET 2019 Eligibility Criteria before filling the application form of AILET 2019. As per the AILET Eligibility Criteria 2019, candidates appearing to seek admission into the five-year integrated law programme need to qualify 10+2 with at least 50 percent marks. Also, the candidates aiming to seek admission into the LLM programme at NLU Delhi need to qualify LLB degree or equivalent with at least 55 percent marks in aggregate of the subjects in the LLB paper. It should also be noted the candidates who do not read the eligibility criteria of AILET 2019 and proceed to fill the AILET 2019 Application Form, tend to higher the risk of canceling their admission even in the later stages of admissions.
National Law University Delhi has opened the online window for AILET 2019 application form on January 4, 2019. The application form of AILET 2019 can be filled and submitted in online mode till April 15, 2019. Candidates are required to register for AILET 2019 and receive a login id and password to the fill AILET 2019 application form. During the AILET application process, candidates will also be required to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature in the prescribed size. Candidates filling up AILET 2019 application form will need to pay fees for AILET 2019 application before submitting the online form. The application fees can be paid in any of the convenient modes–online or offline.
Candidates during filling the application form can check the list of AILET 2019 exam centres that too has been announced on January 4, 2019. Candidates are advised to check the exam centres of AILET 2019 and then fill three preferences of their exam centre choice in the application form of AILET 2019. National Law University Delhi has decided to conduct AILET 2019 in as many 20 cities of India. Candidates should also note that exam centres of AILET 2019 once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances. The final allotment of AILET 2019 exam centre will be intimated to the test taker in his/her admit card.
National Law University Delhi will release the admit card of AILET 2019 on April 22, 2019. Candidates who have registered for AILET 2019 and filled the AILET application form successfully can only download the AILET 2019 admit card. Candidates will will have to login to their registered AILET 2019 accounts to download the AILET admit card. It should be noted that the AILET e-admit card is considered as hall ticket to appear in the NLU Delhi administered All India Law Entrance Test. The AILET admit card 2019 will mention details of the candidature and examination including name of the candidates, roll number, date, time and exact exam centre address where the law entrance exam will be held. Aspirants are advised to check all the details mentioned in the admit card of AILET 2019 after downloading the AILET hall ticket. Further, as per the instructions, candidate need to carry AILET 2019 hall ticket to the examination centre failing which they won't be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also advised that the candidates should save a copy of AILET 2019 admit card for future references.
As AILET 2019 will be conducted in offline mode on May 5, 2019, the law aspirants preparing for All India Law Entrance Test can read here about AILET 2019 exam pattern. With the help of exam pattern of AILET 2019, candidates get an overview of the NLU Delhi law entrance examination including number of questions, type of questions, marking scheme, question pattern, total marks and duration. According to the AILET exam pattern, there will be as many as 150 questions of one mark each. The questions will be of objective-nature having multiple-choice answer options, Candidates answering the questions correctly will be awarded one mark and in case of every wrong response, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total score. The questions will include the following five subjects-General Knowledge, English, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and Mathematics. The candidates appearing in AILET 2019 for LLM programme will have to answer questions based on Law of Torts, Business Laws and Family Laws.

The NLU Delhi along with the AILET 2019 result will also release the merit list of AILET which will mention the names of the candidates who will be considered for the first round of admissions. Candidates can check the AILET result 2019 by finding their name, roll number and category in the result to be released in pdf format. After the declaration of the result, National Law University Delhi will release the cutoff of AILET 2019 keeping certain important factors in mind. AILET 2019 Cutoff can be defined as the minimum marks at which a candidate will be admitted into the undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes. AILET Score Card 2019
Applicants of AILET 2019 will get their scorecard of AILET 2019 after the declaration of AILET 2019 Result. Candidates will find their subject-wise marks in AILET scorecard 2019 along with the name, roll number, category, programme and AILET 2019 score obtained. It should be noted that the candidates who will get shortlisted for the admission according to the result of AILET 2019 will have to carry their AILET Scorecard 2019 at the time of admission.
After the declaration of the result of AILET 2019, candidates will be called for the counselling of AILET 2019. Candidates will be issued call letters to attend the AILET 2019 Counselling.
