BHEL Recruitment through CLAT 2019 – The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited will announce notification for recruitment of Law Officers (E1 Level) through CLAT 2019. The candidates applying for CLAT 2019 for LLM programmes are eligible to apply for BHEL 2019 recruitment through CLAT. Once the official notification of BHEL, the actual number of vacancies of Law Officers (E1 Level) will then be advertised for BHEL recruitment through CLAT 2019. The candidates will have to fill the application form of BHEL (CLAT 2019) recruitment, separately. The BHEL wil also be announcing general information, important dates and complete selection process and recruitment through CLAT 2019. The candidates interested in joining BHEL as Law Officers (E1 Level) will have to appear for the Common Law Admission Test scheduled for May 26, 2019. The BHEL 2019 Law Officer Recruitment applicants will have to qualify CLAT 2019 of postgraduate level. Further, considering the scores of CLAT 2019, the PSU will announce cut-off based on which a number of candidates will be shortlisted for the interview process. The candidates filling BHEL Law Officer Recruitment 2019 Application Form must have post-qualification experience certificate of at least one year as an Executive/Officer in the legal setup of the Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Nationalised Banking/Listed Companies on NSE/BSE.

The candidates can apply for BHEL recruitment through CLAT between first week of April and first week of May 2019. The application of BHEL Law Officer Recruitment is a three stage process, beginning from filling the application to uploading of documents and payment of application fees.

  • Click on ‘Apply Online’ link

  • Enter details in every mandatory fields of BHEL Law Recruitment Application Form

  • Click on ‘Submit’ button, after filling the application form

BHEL Recruitment through CLAT 2019– General Information for PSU recruiting through CLAT

  1. Candidates applying for BHEL Law Officer (E1 Level) Recruitment through CLAT need to have a valid email id and a working mobile number.

  2. All the candidates need to apply through proper channel and in online mode.

  3. Candidates need to keep a copy of their filled-in BHEL Law Recruitment Application Form with Acknowledge Number, for any future correspondence with the BHEL.

  4. The candidates need to provide the complete name of their organisation and not in abbreviations.

  5. The candidates need to verify the eligibility criteria before filling BHEL Law Recruitment Application Form.

  6. The candidates applying under reserved categories need to carefully mention their categories, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD and Ex-Servicemen.

  7. The candidates may note that no information can be changed in BHEL Law Recruitment Application Form once the fee has been paid.

  8. The candidates shortlisted for interview process of BHEL Law Officer Recruitment 2019 need to bring the following documents for verification at the time of interview–

    • Class 10th (High School) Certificate as DOB Proof

BHEL Recruitment through CLAT 2019– Selection Process for PSU recruiting through CLAT

  1. The candidates filling application form of BHEL Recruitment for Law Officer (E1 Level) will have to appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for LLM programme on May 12, 2019.

  2. The BHEL will then shortlist candidates for the interview round on the basis of CLAT 2019 Scores.

  3. Only those candidates who meet the cut off of BHEL recruitment through CLAT will be called for the interview round.

  4. The candidates will be invited for the interview round in the order of merit in ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies in each category.

  5. Candidates may note that only the scores of CLAT 2019 will be taken into account for shortlisting of candidates.

  6. Further, once the interview round is over, the final merit list of BHEL 2019 Recruitment Law Officer (E1 Level) will be finalised based on the weightage given to both CLAT and interview, in the percentage of 75 and 25, respectively.

BHEL Recruitment through CLAT 2019– Reservation and Relaxation for PSU recruiting through CLAT

  1. The BHEL offers relaxation to the reserved category candidates in accordance with the Government Rules and Regulations.

  2. The candidates claiming relaxation under the reserved categories need to provide their applicable certificates at the time of document verification.

  3. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying any application fee for BHEL Recruitment Law Officer (E1 Level) 2019.

  4. According to the official information of BHEL Recruitment through CLAT, the reserved category candidates will be offered a relaxation in the upper age limit as under–

Yes, you are eligible for CLAT UG. Any of the course stream can apply for CLAT.

But you will be writing CLAT UG not CLAT PG.
.
If you wanted to do PG you are not eligible for PG course a student must take LLm Course in graduation.

Now coming to your eligibility criteria,
  • One should be 12th passed
  • must secure 45% in qualifying examination and 40% if SC/ST
  • No age limit
  • no attempt limitation

For the CLAT (LLM)PG , minimum requirement is LLB with 55%. This 55% is the aggregate of all 3 /5 years course or 55% in last year will do ?

Hey.
As per the eligibility criteria laid out for admission in the course of LLM through CLAT PG you need to score a minimum aggregate of 55% in your 3 year LLB degree or 5 year integrated law course from an institute recognised by the Bar council of India. This means that your aggregate for this is calculated considering your marks in all the total 3/5 years which should be more than 55%. Only the last year's/ semesters aggregate is NOT considered. Your overall aggregate for all 5 or 3 years will be.

Clat PG Score card is valid for one year, Does it means I can take admission in that particular year or Next year ,Please clarify

Hey Vaibhav.
Your scores in CLAT PG will be valid for 1 year only. Which means it you take CLAT in 2019 then you can take admission using this score in the session beginning in 2019 only. In the next session of 2020 these scores will not be accepted, then admissions will be based on scores of 2020 only. So with 2019 scores you can appear in CLAT counselling of 2019 for admission in NLUs however it is scheduled. And other Private colleges that would accept those ranks for admission in that particular year only. These scores will not be valid for admision in 2020.

Masters of Laws (LL.M.) is a 2-year post-graduate degree in Law. LL.M. degree allows a law graduate to specialize in one of many legal sub-streams. The basic eligibility for this program is an undergraduate law degree from any recognized university with minimum aggregate marks as per the particular institutes' requirement.


# Job opportunities :-

After completion of the course, an LL.M. graduate can find employment in any of the sectors which require legal expertise and work as Lawyers, Legal consultants, Indian Legal Services, Advisors, Solicitor, Legal Writer etc. Average entry level salary for LL.M. graduates are INR 12,000 to 30,000 per month.

The LL.M. program can be pursued only by the students who have successfully completed their under-graduation in law i.e. LL.B/B.L. Degree/5 Year LL.B. Degree course under 10+2+5 from any recognized university with at least minimum aggregate marks as per institutes requirement.
