Candidates appearing for BVP CET Law 2015 need to go through BVP CET Law 2015 Eligibility Criteria to have an overview of the minimum qualification required for the University level undergraduate law entrance exam. BVP CET Law 2015 Application Form is available from January 13 till June 13 and June 15, 2015 for LLB, BBA LLB and BA LLB programmes.
BVP CET Law 2015 is scheduled for June 20 and June 21, respectively. Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) conducts BVP CET Law.

Academic Qualification for BVP CET Law 2015 – Candidates applying for BVP CET Law 2015 can check below the minimum educational qualification needed for the UG law entrance exam.
Applicants who are applying for LLB programme need to possess a graduate degree from any discipline.Applicants who are applying for BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes need to qualify 10+2 from any recognized institute, securing at least 45% of the total marks in aggregate of all the subjects. Those who belong to OBC/SC/ST categories need to secure at least 40% of the total marks in aggregate of all subjects.
Requirement of Age – Candidates applying for LLB programme need to attain a maximum age of 30 years, if belonging to the General Category and a maximum of 35 years for those belonging to OBC/STC/ST categories.
General candidates those applying for BA LLB programmes need to attain a maximum age of 20 years and 22 years for those belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories.
Eligibility for Admissions – Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% marks in BVP CET Law 2015 to be eligible for admissions to various undergraduate law programmes including LLB, BA LLB and BBA LLB.

Admission for LLB courses are made through the results of CLAT,AILET.LSAT and LAWSAT.Delhi University conducts its own entrance for admission into LLB course.The Application Form for CLAT is being issued from January 1, 2020.The Application Form of AILET is being issued from January 4 and will be issued till April 15, 2020.

The candidates before proceeding for filling up the application form of BVP CET Law 2019 must check the eligibility criteria and ensure that they fulfill all the criteria set up by the university. The minimum academic qualification and percentage of marks required for the candidates to appear in the examination are as given below
The candidates must have passed 12th exam from the recognised board.
General category candidates need to score at least 45% qualifying marks whereas 40% of qualifying marks was set for SC and ST candidates.
The cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks a candidate need to score in order to get admission in LLB, BA LLB and BBA LLB programs and become eligible for the next round of selection procedure. The university will release the cutoff soon after the announcement of the BVP CET Law result. The candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be called for further round of selection procedure.

As per the cut off for general category in bvp llb 3 year ,your mark is good but still there are less chance of getting seat in counseling session. But if you did not get seat in counseling than you can also take admission through management qouta. in this qouta the seat is paid you need to pay the amount for management seat to get 100% assure seat over there.
According to your son's marks , its difficult to get admission in BA.LLB in bhartiya vidhya peeth.
As per the information candidate needs to secure at least 50% of the total marks ,it can be considered that the cutoff mark of BVP Law 2019 is 55+
