CLAT 2015 Counselling for second round
was over on June 19 with as many as 1917 seats allotted to the qualifying candidates of the coveted law entrance exam. According to the CLAT officials, DSNLU Vishakhaptanam tops the chart with the most number of vacant seats, i.e. 37, followed by GNLU Gandhinagar with 31 vacant seats and as many as 25 vacant seats in HNLU Raipur.

Careers360 brings you an analysis of the allotted seats in second round of CLAT 2015 Counselling. As per the official CLAT 2015 2nd Seat Allotment List, as many as 73 candidates from various categories had locked National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore as their choice in the second round besides two upgraded seats. Out of the total 115 seats offered at NALSAR Hyderabad, as many as 67 seats were locked by the candidates and another 38 seats had been upgraded. While as many as 52 candidates had locked their choice for National Law Institute University (NLIU) Bhopal, a total of 56 seats had been upgraded in the NLU in the second round of CLAT 2015 Counselling.

 

CLAT 2015 2nd Round Seat Allotment Analysis will help with an overview of the number of locked, upgraded and allotted seats in participating 16 NLUs apart from the status of vacant seats in participating NLUs.


Before analyzing the seat allotment of second counselling round of CLAT 2015, let us have a look on the total number of seats in the 16 participating NLUs.

Total number of seats in participating NLUs – A total of 2190 seats is offered for the five-year integrated law programmes including BA LLB in 16 NLUs.

Hello,

Yow will get admission in LLB after bachelor's in Engineering.For admission in LLB through CLAT a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent and must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline.General candidates must have 45% in degree for SC/ST it is 40% from a recognised board or university.

Hello,

I can suggest you some tips which will help you in preparing better for the same:

1. Check out the last year questions papers: it will help you to analyze a pattern and types of questions they ask in the Paper.

2. Take all the monthly magazine for the whole year: this will help you to read the news faster.

3. Check out the current affairs website/e-paper to get bulletins or short summary of the affairs.

4. Write down notes (but it might take longer time so do it as per the time limit)

5. Make sure that you complete a good amount of reading in a day. Do not go on for reading and remembering the whole news. Look out for a pattern of reading the current affairs which will help you in the exam as you have less time and a lot of syllabus to cover.

what should I fill in clat from in %column best of 5 Or best of 6 because in class 12 I had 6 subjects in which I cleared 5 subjects accept physics and got declared pass by cbse and also have passing certificate.?

Hi Abhishek,

A pass ceritficate issued by any educational board certifies that the candidate has cleared all subjects scoring passing marks and is eligible to take up degree courses in other institutions. Since you have it you should proceed with completing the application.

how I can manage my school and clat preparation by myself Right now I m in class 11 and the time when I will give my clat I have to prepare for my boreds also??

Hello aspirant, I hope you are doing good.

It's good to know you are interested in CLAT . But yes, clearing boards with marks is more important , but now take just 1 hours extra to prepare for CLAT. But after giving 12th exam, make to get into a crash course of CLAT . This will really help you a lot.
