Few candidates have alleged that CLAT 2015 questions carried questions from previous years' questions of other entrance exam. Whereas there are some allegations by another group of candidates questioning authenticity of the results and rank published by RMLNLU on May 20.

Though CLAT 2015 officials had earlier clarified that 1 question was wrong in CLAT 2015 paper and 1 bonus mark was awarded to all candidates irrespective of their attempts to that particular question.

Subsequently, the exam authority also released the OMR Response Sheet and Answer Keys.

However, candidates doubt RMLNLU claim that only one question was incorrect. The social media is abuzz with speculations that many questions in CLAT 2015 paper were wrong.

Careers360 talked to CLAT 2015 Convener, Dr. J.D. Gangwar on this issue and the Convener said that there is no practice of releasing CLAT question papers over the year.  He also said that he is still not aware of any petition regarding this in the High Court.

He further added that CLAT 2015 Committee has already sent the OMR Response Sheets to CLAT 2015 test-takers at their respective mails. The CLAT 2015 Convener said, “We have sent CLAT 2015 OMR Response Sheets and Answer Key to every individual candidate who appeared in the online exam on May 10, on their respective CLAT 2015 Accounts on May 23. Moreover, we have also marked the single wrong question that appeared in the question paper and clarified the marking scheme.”

“If needed CLAT 2015 Committee will also be providing the Question Papers but it will be happening for the very first time in the history of CLAT since its inception in 2008,” added Dr. J.D. Gangwar.

As per the official information, Petition No. Writ-C/32024/2015 has been filed in Allahabad High Court under the category of Writ Petition in Education Matters-The All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987. There is no such information from the High Court regarding directions to RMLNLU to provide question papers and answer keys to the candidates, as the next listing is likely to be scheduled on July 9, 2015.

After the CLAT Results were declared on May 20, the counselling process began from May 21. The CLAT counselling is scheduled to be over by July 6, 2015.
