CLAT PG 2016 Exam Centres – Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) Patiala will be notifying the exam centres of CLAT PG 2016 on December 14, 2015. The Common Law Admission Test for post graduate programmes (CLAT PG) 2016 shall be conducted in various cities across India. Check below for list of CLAT PG 2016 Exam Centres.

During the application process of CLAT PG 2016, you will need to choose a maximum of three exam centres as your online testing venues of the coveted PG law exam. As per your preferential choices, one centre in any of the three cities will be allotted to you as CLAT PG 2015 Exam Centre.

Testing Venues/Exam Centres of CLAT PG 2016

  • Careers360 brings you a list of CLAT PG 2016 Testing Venues/Exam Centres where the post graduate law entrance exam for admissions to NLUs will be conducted on the scheduled date.

  • You need to report at the allotted CLAT PG 2016 exam centre as per your CLAT PG 2016 E-admit card on the day of online admission test at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of exam. In any case, no exam centre will be changed.

  • CLAT 2016 Committee will be announcing the exam centres of CLAT PG 2016 tentatively in the month of January. The same will be updated here as and when the list has been announced.

  • Last year, the coveted law entrance for admissions to LLM programme in NLUs was conducted in as many as 173 exam centres of 52 cities of India, which included 7 cities of Uttar Pradesh.

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT PG) is the national level law post graduate entrance exam conducted every year for shortlisting candidates for as many as 604seats distributed among the 17 participating NLUs. Last year as many as 5514 candidates had registered for CLAT PG out of which 4863 candidates appeared for the post graduate common law admission test of NLUs.

For the CLAT (LLM)PG , minimum requirement is LLB with 55%. This 55% is the aggregate of all 3 /5 years course or 55% in last year will do ?

As per the eligibility criteria laid out for admission in the course of LLM through CLAT PG you need to score a minimum aggregate of 55% in your 3 year LLB degree or 5 year integrated law course from an institute recognised by the Bar council of India. This means that your aggregate for this is calculated considering your marks in all the total 3/5 years which should be more than 55%. Only the last year's/ semesters aggregate is NOT considered. Your overall aggregate for all 5 or 3 years will be.

Clat PG Score card is valid for one year, Does it means I can take admission in that particular year or Next year ,Please clarify

Hey Vaibhav.
Your scores in CLAT PG will be valid for 1 year only. Which means it you take CLAT in 2019 then you can take admission using this score in the session beginning in 2019 only. In the next session of 2020 these scores will not be accepted, then admissions will be based on scores of 2020 only. So with 2019 scores you can appear in CLAT counselling of 2019 for admission in NLUs however it is scheduled. And other Private colleges that would accept those ranks for admission in that particular year only. These scores will not be valid for admision in 2020.
