Candidates belonging to General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories will need to have a LL.B/B.A. LL.B Degree from the University of Delhi or any other University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point as aggregate marks. However, the cut off marks for admission of the OBC candidates shall be up to 10% less than the marks notified for general candidates in the Entrance Test. Moreover the following relaxation will be provided as below –
Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to Other Backward Classes (OBC) category.
The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) category having a three year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate of the qualifying examination.
Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to widows/wards of defence personnel (CW) category.
Relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to physically handicapped (PH) category on the recommendations of the Medical Board as per the prescribed procedure.
Note: Candidates need to note the following points –
The candidates securing marks as provided above or appearing in the qualifying LL.B/B.A. LL.B Degree examination or awaiting the results of qualifying examination are eligible to appear in the LL.M Entrance Exam 2015 however the admission will depend on the marks secured in the very qualifying examination.
Rounding of a fraction of marks is not allowed.
No candidate on the rolls of LL.M or who is otherwise ineligible to be admitted to LL.M Course shall be allowed to appear in the DU LL.M Entrance Exam 2015.

Haha.. You think you can prepare for a exam for 10 long years? You must be 12/13 years old kid then right? Chill brother, I can understand you really aim to crack the exam and thats why you asked this question but relax, things are not that difficult. Your mind must be bit immature and less knowledgeable to understand the concepts of the things that you are going to face after 8/10 years. So it's okay, the year of entrance is enough and more if you stay focused and dedicated at that point of time. So don't worry, you'll surely be able to crack the exam provided your commitment towards it's the bestesssttt.
About the books now, For Environmental law M. C. Mehta cases, the cases dealing with Public Trust doctrine, the cases of the one prohibiting passive smoking in public places, and different doctrines, the provisions, acts, cases dealing with the National Green Tribunal will suffice. And since the Constitution is the Fundamental law of the land so every one of us have much knowledge about the same either be it through political science knowledge acquired during the school or college life or garnered through observing the day to day happenings or policy decisions taken at the government level. These ones at least remind us at least once that every single thing is happening as per our constitution. Remaining ones of the Constitution most of us, may have learnt at the LL. B. itself.
And thereafter you must remember the names of last year's landmark Supreme Court's judgments.
As far as International law and jurisprudence are concerned then I must without a chunk of hesitation, say that you will have to cram it up.
Thereafter if you wish to practice upon it (the ones which you have learnt through the bare acts, books) then you can do so by taking up and solving the guide of A. K. Jain or universal which ever you like and work upon it, ponder upon it.
With your graduation degree, you're eligible for three year LLB Program, not LLM.
Eligibility Criteria laid out by Delhi University regarding LLM is
a candidate needs to have passed three or five year LLB degree from a recognized university
For General Candidate, they need to have at least 50% aggregate or an equivalent grade point, for SC/ST/OBC, it's 45% and PWD category, there's also relaxation of 5% in the aggregate requirement. There's no age bar regarding this.
