Next step towards the preparation of AIBE is to analyse the previous years question papers and sample papers of AIBE. At this stage, the aim is not to solve these questions, but to get an idea of the type of questions that can be asked in the examination. All India Bar Examination is an open book examination, so, if you choose the right reference material for the day of the examination, you can easily clear the same in your first attempt. To pass the AIBE XIV you have to score a minimum of 40% in the examination. If you analyse the syllabus of AIBE XIV 2019, the maximum number of questions are asked from seven subjects. If you prepare for these seven subjects, you complete 60% of the AIBE syllabus. So focus on these first as they have the maximum weightage.

To qualify All India Bar exam you need to score a minimum of 40% and as your result is showing fail and you have doubts regarding the same i would suggest you to give your paper for rechecking, Re-checking requests will be accepted from 05th Dec 2019 to/till 15th Dec 2019 on payment of Rs. 200 and the results will be given to the candidate within 7 days of such request.
There is no way to predict the chances of getting your marks increased or chances of them decreasing but, if you have doubts regarding the checking procedure then you can physically check your answer sheets by booking a time slot and visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule which will be informed to them after the Bar Council of India receiving the application.
