Next step towards the preparation of AIBE is to analyse the previous years question papers and sample papers of AIBE. At this stage, the aim is not to solve these questions, but to get an idea of the type of questions that can be asked in the examination. Familiarize yourself with the question paper and make notes of your observations.

Carrying material plan

Now that you have completed the analysis of the question papers, you can proceed towards the third step, carrying material. All India Bar Examination is an open book examination, so, if you choose the right reference material for the day of the examination, you can easily clear the same in your first attempt. Use the notes you made basis your analysis of the question papers to pick the right carrying material.

Take necessary print outs

Large volumes of books are not very to carry, also it is confusing and difficult to find something if you have a lot of books. So the fourth step would be to organise the carrying material and make it concise. You can take printouts only those sections, judgements, etc that you find useful. This will simplify things on the exam day for you.

Prepare for the subjects which carry the most number of marks

To pass the AIBE XIV you have to score a minimum of 40% in the examination. If you analyse the syllabus of AIBE XIV 2019, the maximum number of questions are asked from seven subjects. If you prepare for these seven subjects, you complete 60% of the AIBE syllabus. So focus on these first as they have the maximum weightage.

Take mock tests

Now that you have completed at least 60% of the AIBE syllabus, you are ready to solve the mock tests. Remember, preparing for AIBE 2019 is not about mugging up laws and rules, but it is about finding the answer in the least amount of time and with high accuracy. So use the reference material that you have prepared for the final examination. After appearing for a mock, work on the shortcomings of the reference material. Accordingly add or subtract data from the reference material.

Do not use google to find the answers

While solving the mock test, you will be tempted to use google to solve a particular question. But do not give in to this temptation. Rely only on the reference material that you have prepared. This will prepare you for the examination day and will help you analyse your preparation better.

Start studying the subjects

The last step and the final piece to the “how to prepare for AIBE 2019” puzzle, is preparing for the remaining subjects. Once your foundation is strong, you can start building on it. Hi there,

To qualify All India Bar exam you need to score a minimum of 40% and as your result is showing fail and you have doubts regarding the same i would suggest you to give your paper for rechecking, Re-checking requests will be accepted from 05th Dec 2019 to/till 15th Dec 2019 on payment of Rs. 200 and the results will be given to the candidate within 7 days of such request.

hello sir, I have just given my AIBE IV 2019.exam and I have failed. after applying for the revaluation, how many percentage of chances are there, of passing, or any chances of Marks of getting increased

There is no way to predict the chances of getting  your marks increased or chances of them decreasing but, if you have doubts regarding the checking procedure then you can physically check your answer sheets by booking a time slot  and visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule which will be informed to them after the Bar Council of India receiving the  application.

Board will send you all the answer key. Wait until that time. If there is any change then that is board's responsibility and they will handle it. If any thing is not available then you can keep checking the official webpage for updation and ask your friends if they got some documents or not.

If you know any teacher then you can him/her to solve it for you. They can get the most probable answer. Still you will get everything provided by the officials so have patience.
