Jindal Global Law School students receive international Legal Internship offers
Students of Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), Sonipat have received opportunities to pursue global legal internships in USA, UK, China, Australia and Abu Dhabi. Students of the law institute of OP Jindal Group have been invited to work in international law firms, NGOs and government agencies besides being given an opportunity to work as judicial clerks with the Supreme Court of Hawaii.
According to the JGLS, besides the wide range of practical training opportunities offered by the institute, several notable additions for internship and clerkship abroad have been added. They are Australia’s leading corporate and IP law firm Mitry Lawyers, and Attorney General’s Department (AGD) of Australia, US international law firm, White & Case at their London & Abu Dhabi offices, the Supreme Court of State of Hawaii in Honululu (USA) and Zhicheng Public Interest Law Firm in Beijing, China.
The Founding Vice-Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University, Prof. (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar said, “This is a wonderful opportunity for practical learning of global regulatory practice for JGLS students. The international exposure will help provide our students with an in-depth understanding of international laws and justice framework.”
Students have been selected to start their month long internship at the Mitry Lawyer’s offices in Sydney during this year’s summer term break while four JGLS students will be heading to the AGD’s office in Sydney during the winter term break.
Assistant Dean of Careers, Prof. Anuranjan Sethi said, “We are committed to growing the international recruiter and internship organisation base at JGLS, so that our students can learn and gain strong grounding for taking up global leadership roles within law and beyond”.
In addition to the international internships at JGLS, the domestic recruiter and internship organisation base has also grown quite significantly. Over 115 leading organisations have now signed up for recruitment through the University organised recruitment process. Adani Group Aditya Birla Group Herbert Smith Freehills (London office), Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL) Khaitan & Co, Thomson Reuters to name a few.

Which one is good?Jindal global law school or Symbiosis law school?
Talking about Symbiosis Law School,Pune and Jindal Global Law School,Sonipat.Both colleges are considered as the best private colleges for LAW in INDIA.But if we look towards the fees of these 2 colleges,Jindal Global Law School is much expensive than Symbiosis Law School,which is drawback for those who want colleges at affordable price.Now if we talk about the placements,Jindal Global Law School placement is better than Symbiosis Law School,but it does not cover the ROI.So,both the colleges are in TOP 3,but its your choice that whether you want college at affordable fees or college with high fees and good placement.
