LFAT 2019 - Allahabad University is conducting another round of LFAT 2019 counselling for physically handicapped candidates on July 25; the cutoff for participation in extended round would be as recommended by the Medical Board. The university had earlier released cutoff for OBC and PH candidates for LFAT 2019 counselling conducted on July 24. The LFAT 2019 admission process had begun with the release of the notification and application form. The University had released the eligibility criteria of LFAT 2019 for the law aspirants willing to appear for the LFAT 2019 exam. The candidates before filling the application form need to check the LFAT 2019 eligibility criteria and ensure that they meet the criteria. The eligibility criteria of LFAT 2019 is as given below:
The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent course from the recognized university or Senior Secondary Board.
General category candidates must secure 45% marks
OBC candidates need at least 42% of marks and the candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to secure 40% marks.
There is no age limit for the candidates to appear in LFAT 2019 as declared by the Bar Council of India.
Allahabad University had released the LFAT 2019 application form on April 12, 2019. The last date for submission of the application form of LFAT 2019 was May 3, 2019. The candidates willing to pursue five year integrated law program from the Allahabad University had to register and fill the application form. After the registration is completed, email id and password was generated and was sent to the candidates registered email id. The candidates could fill the LFAT 2019 application form online. Before the final submission of the LFAT application form, 2019 one must check it twice to avoid any discrepancy. Also, the candidates must ensure they have made the payment of the application fee online. The application fee for LFAT 2019 for general category and OBC was Rs 1600/- and for ST/SC/PH category was Rs 800/-.

The University is conducting counselling for PH and OBC candidates to fill vacant seats on July 24.The second round of LFAT counselling 2019 was held on July 4. The first round of LFAT 2019 counselling was held on June 27 and June 28. The counselling of LFAT 2019 was conducted in online mode to provide admission to the five-year integrated law programme. The candidates in order to attend the counselling needed to register themselves online. Once the registration was completed, shortlisted candidates received a call letter to attend the counselling of LFAT 2019. The address and counselling dates were mentioned on the call letter. The candidates were called for document verification to Pravesh Bhawan. After document verification, the candidates needed to pay the fees online and take a print of the receipt. Further, the candidates while going to attend the counselling session needed to carry the following documents such as 10th and 12th marksheet, admit card, date of birth proof, LFAT result, and certificates for admission under Sports, NCC, Kashmiri Migrants, Physically Handicapped, employee quota etc.
Those candidates who were alloted a seat in the first round of LFAT 2019 counselling were not allowed to attend the second round.
