CLAT 2020 will be conducted on May 10; the exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode. Application form of CLAT 2020 will commence from January 1 and can be filled till March 31.

What is new in CLAT 2020?

  1. The number of questions for UG paper has been reduced to 150 from 200

  2. Also, the paper will include comprehension-based questions from all sections

  3. Meanwhile, cutoff marks have been introduced for admission to the PG course.

  4. Now general category candidates need to score minimum 40% marks (35% in case of SC, ST & PWD) in the objective paper, only they will their subjective papers will be evaluated.

  5. Further, PG paper will also include comprehension-based questions.

  2. Difficulty level of questions

How much marks required for apply in CLAT examination 2020

Hey,

A minimum marks of 45% in the qualifying exam is to be scored by the candidate to be eligible to take the CLAT exam. The minimum marks required is 40 % for the reserved category and 45 for general category. The candidate must have passed senior secondary that is 12th exam to be eligible to take the paper.

CLAT is a national level exam. It is conducted for admission to programs offered by the 22 participating NLUs.  PU LLB is a entrance exam for admission to pujab University. The  Entrance exam dates for both the exam are same i.e. 24th may

You can mail to PU LLB entrance authority at uglaw@pu.ac.in about your problem.You must mention your name, application no. and other information related to your problem in the email.

Hope they resolve your problem. If they not hear your problem then you have to give that exam which is your higher priority or deciding institution where you want to take admission.

We cannot authenticate other video lectures for the lack of authenticity. But CLAT syllabus has changed and t o give you a gist of the changed syllabus,

The no.of questions asked will be reduced from 200 to 150  but the time duration will be the same

English: There will be no more direct vocabulary questions

GK: Static GK will be removed and only your knowledge on current affairs will be tested

Mathematics: Only DI based questions.

Logical Reasoning: More emphasis on critical reasoning questions

Legal Aptitude: No Legal GK questions but the reasoning questions will remain.
