Is maths a compulsory part to attempt in clat ug?
Hello Aspirant,
See there is a section in CLAT UG named as Quantitative techniques which consists of Mathematical questions carries the weightage of approx. 10% of the total maximum marks and around 13-17 questions are asked from this section.
However there is no sectional cut-offs in CLAT UG but it is recommended to attempt all the questions of all sections whichever are sure to you that you can answer because incorrect answer will mark you negatively also, recommending this because while breaking the ties sometime the subject marks are also considered so there if you would attempt all the sections then you will definitely be benefitted .
Also note that there would be no choice in the paper so you have to attempt all the questions for which you have confirm answer.
