OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019 – Oil India Limited is to announce application form and notification for recruitment of executive trainees (law) through CLAT 2019. Candidates who are applying for the Common Law Admission Test need to fill application form for OIL recruitment as well. OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019: General Information

i. Candidates need to fill only online applications for OIL recruitment 2019.

ii. Candidates applying for Oil India Limited need to have mandatory registered for CLAT 2019.

iii. Candidates need to provide active e-mail id and working mobile number (same as furnished in CLAT 2019 applications) as future correspondences will be made through these communication media only.

iv. Candidates applying for OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019 need to be Indian citizens.

v. Candidates need to fulfil eligibility criteria for OIL recruitment else the candidature may get cancelled.

vi. The candidates should have passed through the institution duly recognised by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)/ University Grants Commission (UGC) and Bar Council of India (BCI).

vii. The shortlisted candidates for GD/PI rounds will have to bring their CLAT score cards at the venue.

viii. The OBC candidates belonging to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) will only be entitled for reservation benefits, however those from Creamy Layer will not be entitled for the concession admissible under OBC category.

ix. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD will have to bring their respective certificates at the GD/PI and submit the same. It must be noted that the need to be certificates should be in English/ Hindi languages else they will have to submit a self-certified translated copy of the same at the time of GD/PI.

x. Candidates applying against PwD category can avail the benefits only if they have a certificate issued for 40% or more disability.

OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to go through the eligibility criteria before filling in applications for OIL recruitment through CLAT. The eligibility criteria for OIL recruitment mentions minimum required academic qualification, essential qualification and age limit besides the minimum passing marks required for filling OIL Executive Trainee (Law) recruitment 2019 application process.

Academic Qualification

  1. Candidates need to hold a full time Bachelor’s Degree in LLB or equivalent either after pursuing three-year or five-year integrated law programmes. The law programmes should be recognised by UGC/ AICTE and BCI.

  2. Those who are in the final year of their degree programmes can also apply for OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019. However, they will have to provide their degree certificate at the time of GD/PI.

Essential Qualification

  1. Candidates applying through CLAT in OIL against Executive Trainee in Legal/ Land positions need to have passed the LLB degree (3-year or 5-year integrated) with 60% or more marks.

  2. The percentage of marks will be calculated in aggregate of all semesters.

  3. In case of marks awarded in CGPA/ OGPA/ DGPA or Letter Grade, the equivalent percentage of marks need to indicated in the OIL 2019 recruitment application form.

  4. The rounding off of percentage of marks will not be allowed for OIL 2019 recruitment through CLAT.

Candidates need to apply for OIL recruitment through the online application in this page. Candidates can follow the below mentioned application process for OIL recruitment 2019 through CLAT.

  1. Click on the OIL recruitment 2019 application form (provided below)

  2. Enter various details including CLAT 2019 application number, name, e-mail id and mobile number.

  3. Obtain the OIL 2019 recruitment registration number from your mail inbox and fill the application form.

  4. Once filled all the necessary details in OIL 2019 application form (Executive Trainees – Legal Advisor), submit the form by clicking on ‘Submit’ button.

  5. Save a copy of the filled OIL 2019 recruitment application form for future correspondences.

OIL recruitment through CLAT 2019: Selection Process

  1. The eligible candidates need to have filled CLAT 2019 application form.

  2. As CLAT 2019 results have been announced, the candidates will be shortlisted for the second stage of OIL recruitment 2019 on the basis of their CLAT scores.

  3. In the second stage of OIL recruitment, candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

  4. Oil India Limited will accept only scores of CLAT 2019.

Yes, ofcourse you should give CLAT entrance exam for Admission.when you are going to take an LLB course, CLAT is a mandatory thing for you.

And the University like NLU one of the top universities doesn't cooperate admissions without CLAT.

hello aspirant,

clat exam eligibility criteria is candidate need to pass 10+2 course from a recognized university with 45% marks (general category). candidate from any stream can apply for clat ug irrespective of their age, as age criteria has been removed by BCI. so you may apply for clat. hope I have solved your query.

Dear Aspirant,

CLAT is an entrance examination for admission in NLUs(NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITIES) for their undergraduate course . Its an offline-based exam, CLAT is conducted at around 40 centres around the country for admitting candidates to undergraduate law programs in the 21 participating NLUs.

The application form of CLAT 2020 is expected to be released around the 2nd week of January; candidates will have around 3 months time to submit the application form. The admit card of CLAT 2020 will be released around the 2nd week of May. CLAT 2020 will be of 2 hours duration and include 200 multiple-choice questions of 1 marks each; note each incorrect attempt will invite penalty of 0.25 marks.
