PU LLB 2020 - Punjab University will conduct PU LLB 2020 entrance exam for admission to 3-year LLB courses. Candidates will have to apply through PU LLB 2020 application form in online mode. PU LLB counselling
Candidates must check for the eligibility criteria of PU LLB 2020 before applying for the entrance exam. The university has prescribed some eligibility criteria as mentioned below.
Academic qualification - Candidate should have completed a bachelor's or master's degree from any university recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and Panjab University.
Minimum required marks - General category candidates must have completed graduation with at least 45% aggregate marks.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are entitled for 5% relaxation in minimum required marks.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam, i.e graduation final semester/year will also be considered eligible for appearing in PU LLB exam.
There is no age bar to appear in PU LLB 2020.
Candidates will have to apply for PU LLB 2020 through an online application form, which will be available tentatively from the fourth week of April, 2020. All the eligible candidates will have to apply for PU LLB application form 2020 within the notified period. PU LLB 2020 application form will include steps like online registration, filling out the application form, fee payment, document uploading etc. It should be noted that PU BA LLB application form must be filled with utmost care as once the application form of PU LLB 2020 is submitted, no request for modification will be accepted.

Click on ‘registration form’ provided in login page.
Fill the registration form by entering the personal details like name, mobile number, email id, category, graduation registration number etc.
Submit your details to generate your application number, login id and password etc.
Download your bank slip.
Deposit application fee at any branch of State Bank of India minimum 24 hours after printing the bank slip.

Upload scanned photograph, signature and other important information.
Check and lock your application form.
Submit the application form and take printouts after submission.

The university will release PU LLB 2020 admit cards tentatively in the third week of June 2020.
PU LLB admit card 2020 will contain all important information related to the entrance exam such as name, roll number, application number of candidate, exam center details, exam date and timings and other instructions. PU LLB 2020 admit card will be used as a hall ticket, so it will be mandatory for all candidates to carry the printed admit card to the exam venue. All the registered candidates will be able to download PU LLB 2020 admit card by following the steps mentioned here.

The university has prescribed a PU LLB syllabus for candidates appearing in entrance exam. PU LLB syllabus contains the subjects like current affairs, general knowledge, legal aptitude, reasoning etc. the subject wise marks distribution for PU LLB is given below.

The authorities will release answer key of PU LLB 2020 tentatively in the fourth week of June, 2020, after a few days of PU LLB 2020 exam. Candidates will be able to check their answer by logging in to the admission portal of PU. The answer key of PU LLB will contain all provisional answers to the questions asked in the exam. In case of any discrepancy or incorrect answers given in PU LLB answer key, candidates will have the option of raising objections against the provisional answer key. Candidates are advised to raise objections in online mode only by mailing the relevant question and explanation to the university mail address. If the objections were found genuine and correct, the provisional answer key will be modified accordingly.
The authorities will declare PU LLB 2020 result around the second week of June, 2020. The result of PU LLB 2020 will be published in online mode at the university website. Candidates will have to download the PU LLB result 2020 by logging into their registered account. PU LLB 2020 result will contain candidate’s name, roll number, application number, obtained marks, rank and most importantly qualifying status. The university will shortlist the candidates through PU LLB 2020 merit list which will be calculated on the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance exam and qualifying exam. Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list of PU LLB will be called for counselling and seat allotment process.
The university will conduct counselling and seat allotment process for candidates whose name appeared in the merit list. Such candidates will have to participate with physical presence at the counselling venue on the prescribed date and time. PU LLB counselling will contain the following steps.

Reporting at the counselling venue: candidates will have to report in all the counselling centres for which he/she wishes to apply.
Release of seat allotment list.
PU LLB seat allotment will strictly be based on merit cum preference basis, i.e candidates who performed better in PU LLB merit list will be given preference in filling the vacant seats and selecting the college.
The university will release the cut-off list of PU LLB 2020 for all participating law colleges after each round of counselling. The cut off is generally the last rank or minimum score which is accepted for giving admissions. PU LLB cutoff 2020 will be released for all law colleges, and will be affected by several factors such as the number of available seats, candidates applying for the exam, difficulty level of exam etc.

The minimum percentage required for LLB course after graduation is mostly 50% for the general category. For example if I talk about DU LLB then , General category candidates need to score at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam or an equivalent grade to be eligible for admission.
