SET Law 2016 Admission Process

  • Symbiosis International University (SIU) shall be conducting admissions to five-year integrated law programmes including BA LLB and BBA LLB based on the performance in SET Law 2016 followed by PI-WAT rounds

  • Based on SET Law 2016 Result, candidates will be invited for PI-WAT rounds

  • Once the PI-WAT rounds have been conducted, the colleges will issue their individual merit lists for each of the UG law programmes

  • The merit list shall be prepared in accordance to the formula devised by the University and the same is mentioned below

  • Moreover, the merit lists will be issued for every category including General, SC, ST, PwD and Kashmiri Migrants

  • After issuance of every merit list, the admissions will be conducted for the candidates enlisted

  • The University will issue as many as four merit lists

How is the merit list prepared for SET Law Admissions 2016?

The University devises a formula for issuing merit list of candidates after PI-WAT rounds have been conducted. The formula mentions the weightage of 50% of SET Law 2016 Score and 50% of PI-WAT scores. Therefore, whatever you score in SET Law 2016 and PI-WAT, the aggregate of both tests will be the basis of merit lists.

Hey there hope you're doing well.
Dear aspirant, as far as JEE MAIN examination paper 2 B.arch is concerned with this rank it's very difficult to get into any of the top colleges in fact cutoff for B.arch courses goes high you may get some non gov. Colleges since most of the colleges have their closing ranks near to 10k. I'll suggest you to give another attempt in April and secure a good rank to get your dream college. It seems you cannot get any b.arch colleges in A.P.
Thank you hope this helps you!

Leelavathi, you can calculate your expected JEE Mains paper 2 rank for the January session using the following formula:

(100-your total percentile) x 112679/100

So with 60 percentile, your rank would be around 45071.

According to your rank, it will be difficult to get a seat in the top colleges. Most top colleges in India require a rank of 5000 or below in JEE Mains paper 2 for admission.

I would suggest you to sit for the April session and give your best in the next session so that your chance of getting a top college increases. Solve the previous years' papers, brush up your concepts and practise regularly.
