The eligibility criteria for TS LAWCET 2020 includes the following parameters that every candidate has to fulfil:
Candidates must have finished their bachelors program (10+2+3 education) from a UGC recognised university/Institute in a similar domain. They should have scored a minimum aggregate of 45%.
In case, the law candidate has scored an aggregate of less than 45%, then he/she should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate in any additional Postgraduate/ Graduate degree.
There is no age limit for the candidates to pursue a bachelors degree in law.
It is required of law aspirants to have completed their 10+2 education from a well recognized school board. They should have scored at least 45% aggregate in 10+2 or any other exam recognised by the bar council of India or the Board of Intermediate Education.
For candidates who wish to pursue law, there is no age limit as per an order passed by the Supreme Court of India.
A compulsory relaxation of 5% marks in qualifying exam is given to those law candidates who belong to ST/SC categories.
A minimum aggregate of 44.5% (for other categories) and 39.5% (for SC/ST candidates) in the intermediate level (10+2) will get round off to 45% and 40% respectively.
Law candidates applying for the TS LAWCET 2020 must be an Indian national and must satisfy the unreserved/local status as prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974.
Those candidates who have finished their 10+2 level of education or post graduation/ graduation from open universities directly and without any basic qualification are not eligible for admission to law courses at the university.

If you have already paid the fees for the application of AP LAWCET instead of TS LAWCET then i i sorry to say it cannot be refunded or shifted for applying for any other form. The amount is only refunded in the cases where a candidate has applied twice for the same form and thats not your case
see the by ts lawcet exam you can either go for llb 5 years or llb 3 years course. since you have already graduated you are eligible for llb 3 years course. The eligibility criteria for llb 3 years course is candidates need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university, marks criteria for general candidates is 45%, for sc/st category candidates it is 40%. for obc it is 42%.
