The qualifying percentage marks for securing rank in TS LAWCET is 35% marks (42 out of 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for the SC/ST candidates. The qualifying marks are decided by the conducting authority on the basis of the number of candidates appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam paper.
The exam authority will make a merit list of candidates who have qualified the TS LAWCET exam 2022. It will be prepared considering the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. However, if there are two or more candidates with identical scores, then tie-breakers would be used to decide the merit ranks.
If two candidates have the same score in the result of TS LAWCET 2022 the admission officials will use a tie-breaker rule to decide the name of the candidate in the merit list:

As we can see the results of TS Lawcet were out on 17 August 2022 and the cutoffs would be declared in the last week of August or in the first week of September. As you didn't specify which category you belong to, I will be telling you the last rank at which seats for the general category closed last year and I'll provide you with the link for checking the cutoffs of the previous year.
According to your rank, you can get the following colleges as per the 2021 cutoffs-
1. ADARSHA LAW COLLEGE - closed at 1621 rank for general boy
2. ANANNTHA LAW COLLEGE - closed at 1431 rank
3. AURORA'S LEGAL SCIENCES ACADEMY - closed at 1420 rank
