TS LAWCET 2020 result - Minimum qualifying marks

The conducting body has prescribed the minimum marks to candidates that they must score in order to be considered for merit list and provisional qualification. Candidates scoring less than the minimum qualifying marks will be disqualified outrightly. The details of the minimum marks are given below.

TS LAWCET result 2020 - Tiebreaker

In case two or more candidates are getting similar marks, the university adopts a tie-breaking formula to rank candidates in the merit list. The tiebreaker formula is explained below.

  • Firstly, the marks obtained by candidates in Part C of the entrance test will be taken into account.

  • If the tie still exists, then the marks in Part B will be considered.

  • In case the tie is still not resolved, candidates senior in age will be considered for a higher rank

What after TS LAWCET 2020 result declaration

After the declaration of TS LAWCET result 2020, the conducting body will prepare a merit list containing the names of shortlisted candidates. Such candidates will be called for counselling and seat allotment process for which the conducting body will notify the schedule. During the TS LAWCET counselling 2020, candidates will have to register themselves for admissions and submit the documents for verification purpose. It should be noted that it is mandatory for the shortlisted candidates to attend the counselling and seat allotment event of TS LAWCET. Those missing the event will be disqualified for admissions.

TS LAWCET will have 120 questions and the questions will be asked in the form of Objective Questions and Multiple Choice Questions. The exam is for a total of 120 marks. Exam duration will be for 1 hour 30 minutes. You need to study topics like Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and English. Yes, you can appear for TS LAWCET. But if you qualify before admission you have to provide all the necessary documents and your result. As per the eligibility criteria, you need to have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
