About AILET 2022
AILET 2022 Exam - National Law University (NLU), Delhi has released the third provisional merit list on July 19, 2022 to get admission to NLU Delhi. Candidates willing to get admission to NLU Delhi and whose names are included in the second AILET 2022 merit list should make complete fees payment by July 21, 2022. The university is currently conducting the AILET 2022 counselling for admission to the BA LLB and LLM programmes. The AILET exam 2022 was conducted on June 26, 2022. AILET 2022 cut-offs are now available for the first and second rounds of admission.
What is AILET Exam?
All India Law Entrance Test or, AILET is an entrance exam conducted by National Law University, Delhi for admission to the 5-year integrated BA LLB, LLM course and PhD programmes. AILET is conducted only once a year and is attended by around 20,000 candidates.

NLU Delhi announces the eligibility criteria of AILET along with admission notification. According to the AILET 2022 eligibility criteria, the following candidates will be considered suitable to apply for the BA LLB programme.
Candidates who have completed 10+2 with Senior Secondary System or equivalent examination from a recognized board
Candidates scoring a minimum of 45% per cent marks (40% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates) in the qualifying examination
There is no age limit for appearing in AILET 2022 and pursuing Law from NLU Delhi.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam (Class XII or equivalent) are also eligible to apply for AILET 2022.

The National Law University has closed the AILET 2022 application from window on May 25, 2022. The application form was released on January 17. It was available online, at the admission portal of the NLUD - nludelhi.ac.in. The AILET 2022 application form fee payment window was open till May 27, 2022. The application correction window was closed on May 28, 2022.

Fill AILET application form 2022
After registration, one may access the application form of AILET 2022. Candidates may fill out the application form by entering the following details in the application form.
Personal information - In this section, candidates will need to provide their name, parents' name, date of birth, category and other such details.
Communication details - Candidates will have to provide the permanent address details along with correspondence address if any.
Educational Qualification - Candidates will have to enter the Class 10th and 12th details such as marks and percentage secured, board name, subjects etc. Those applying for AILET while appearing in the qualifying examination need not enter the marks of the qualifying exam.
Fee submission - Candidates can pay the application fee in online mode. The fee payment options are credit card, debit card and net banking. Offline payment will not be accepted. The AILET application fee is given below.

NLU Delhi has released a new exam pattern of AILET 2022. The entrance exam now has three sections, consisting of a total of 150 objective-type questions. The maths section has been dropped from the AILET exam pattern. Candidates are given 90 minutes to complete the AILET exam 2022. The details of the test structure are given below.
- Section A: English Language (50 questions; 50 marks)
- Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge (30 questions; 30 marks).

The marking scheme remains unchanged. However, in case of a draw between two or more candidates, the merit rank will be determined on the basis of higher marks in the LOGICAL REASONING section.

AILET LLM 2022 has two sections - Part 1: English language (50 questions; 50 marks) and Part 2: Legal reasoning (50 questions; 50 marks). Candidates who qualify in Part A will have their Part B evaluated. Questions in AILET LLM will be asked from common legal subjects of LLB graduation level. These include; Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence Laws and others.
Around 14,000 candidates will contest for admission to BA LLB programme of NLU Delhi which offers only 110 seats in the course. therefore, to secure a seat in the university, candidates will have to prepare for the examination in a very holistic manner.
AILET 2022 preparation should be comprehensive, covering various aspects of the examination. The candidates should start their AILET preparation by reading the syllabus and pattern. By the time of examination, candidates should have completed the syllabus and solved a good number of mock tests and previous year papers. NLU Delhi has released the AILET 2022 admit card in online mode on June 16, 2022 . The candidates who have registered for the test will be able to download their admit card for AILET 2022 by logging into the admission portal and using their registration ID and password.

AILET Exam Day Guidelines 2022
The admit card of AILET 2022 mentions the exam day instructions for the candidates. Some of the general instructions are mentioned below.
- Candidates must bring their admit card and a valid ID to the test centre. Those not having an ID and admit card will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
- Candidates are advised to report to the test centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the test. Those coming after the reporting time will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
- Candidates must not bring any electronic device, mobile phones, calculators, watch or paper inside the exam hall.
- No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall before the completion of the test.

National Law University Delhi has released the AILET 2022 final answer key on June 30, 2022. Candidates can download the AILET answer key 2022 from the admission portal of the university. Using the answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their AILET score.

AILET Rank List
The university has released the all-India merit list for AILET 2022 along with the result. It is available for download in PDF format. The AILET rank list will contain the roll number of all candidates who appeared in the entrance exam and along with their score and rank. The rank list is very instrumental for admission as it is used for preparing admission lists during counselling.
The university releases the cut off of AILET after each round of counselling. The AILET cut off 2022 is the last rank or minimum marks required for admission in NLU Delhi. Candidates who do not find their names in the first AILET cut off or admission list may get a seat in the subsequent round depending on their rank and marks. NLU Delhi has released the second round of AILET 2022 merit list, on July 11, 2022. Candidates included in the AILET merit list have to complete the admission process by July 13, 2022. The AILET counselling 2022 is being conducted in online mode.
Who can appear in AILET 2022 counselling?
Candidates whose name appears on the invite list are eligible to appear in the AILET counselling. The invite list includes candidates around 3 times more than the seats offered by the university under each category. Note that the invite list is prepared based on the category and AILET merit rank of the candidate. Those candidates who secure a better rank than others will be called given preference in the counselling and admission process.
The primary objective of conducting AILET counselling is to verify and authenticate the information and documents submitted by the candidate. While appearing in the counselling process, candidates will have to submit the original as well as photocopies of all documents asked by the university.

The AILET 2023 application form will be available soon. The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national level entrance exam administered annually by the National Law University (NLU). The examination is held for applicants interested in law programs at various NLU campuses across India.
Only eligible applicants will be able to access the application form.
The registration process will begin online in the third week of January 2023. And the entrance exam are likely to be conducted on 26th of june, 2023.

For AILET 2022, Admit cards have also been released on June 16th, 2022 for registered candidates.
