About CLAT PG 2019

CLAT PG 2019 will be conducted by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack on May 12, 2019. Candidates who wish to seek admission into LLM programmes need to qualify CLAT PG 2019. NLUO Cuttack will be conducted in offline mode for admissions to as many as 21 NLUs with addition of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (MPDNLU). Candidates will get access of the application form of CLAT PG 2019 on January 1, 2019 tentatively. Candidates are advised to fill the CLAT application form after ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria. Followed by the application process, the CLAT PG 2019 committee will issue the admit cards to the candidates tentatively on April 20, 2019. All those candidates who appear in the CLAT 2019 online paper, will be provided with an All India Rank (AIR) during result of CLAT on May 31, 2019. Based on the CLAT PG 2019 scores, the candidates will attend the counselling process and an NLU will be offered based on merit-cum-preference by the Common Law Admission Test committee.

The Eligibility Criteria of CLAT PG 2019 has been announced by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack. CLAT PG 2019 Eligibility Criteria mentions the academic qualification and age bar required to appear in the law examination. As per the CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria 2019, a candidate needs to possess a bachelor’s degree in law. The law degree of law programme should be approved by Bar Council of India. A candidate needs to score at least 55 percent in his/her qualifying degree and the candidates belonging to reserved categories have 5 percent relaxation according to which they need to score 50 percent marks in their qualifying degree of law. Also, there is no age bar to appear in CLAT PG 2019 to seek admission into the postgraduate law programme.

CLAT PG 2019 Application Form will be announced by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack tentatively on January 1, 2019. The application form of CLAT PG 2019 will be available in online mode for the candidates interested to seek admission into the postgraduate law programmes. To fill CLAT PG Application Form 2019, candidates will first require to register themselves after which they will receive a user id and password which will be further used for application form filling of CLAT PG 2019. While filling Application Form, candidates will be required to provide relevant details like name, father’s name, age, qualifying institutes, photograph and signature. After filling all the details correctly, candidates will be required to remit the application form fee as prescribed. Aspirants of CLAT PG 2019, are advised to read the eligibility criteria of CLAT PG 2019 to know their chances of getting admission into the postgraduate law programmes.

Candidates appearing in CLAT PG 2019 need to take a look at the exam pattern of CLAT PG 2019 for the postgraduate law programmes. As per the CLAT PG Exam Pattern 2019, candidates will be given 2 hours time to attempt the online paper. CLAT PG 2019 will consist of 150 questions of 150 marks where Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and International Law etc will be included in the paper. Candidates will be given multiple choices where they need to mark any one of the four choices given. Aspirants of CLAT PG 2019, will be awarded 1 mark each for correct answer 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response from the total CLAT score. CLAT PG 2019 will be conducted in more than 60 cities of India which includes – Delhi, Agra, Srinagar, Coimbatore and others to be announced on January 1, 2019 tentatively.

National Law University Odisha, Cuttack will announce CLAT PG 2019 Admit card tentatively on April 20, 2019. This admit card of CLAT PG 2019 will be announced in online mode and will be considered the hall ticket to enter the examination hall. Candidates will get all the information related to examination and candidature in the CLAT PG Admit card 2019. To download hall ticket, candidates will be required to enter your registered email id and password. After checking all the details inscribed on CLAT PG 2019 Admit card, candidates need to download it and save it for future references. Candidates will get all the information like the candidates's name, roll number, photograph, signature, Test date, Test time, Test City, Application number, Course applied for and other relevant information candidates may look for.

NLUO, Cuttack will announce the result of CLAT PG 2019 tentatively on May 31, 2019. Candidates will get access of the CLAT PG 2019 Result in online mode through their registered accounts. Aspirants of CLAT PG 2019 will get all the information related to the marks obtained and the qualifying status in the Common Law Admission Test for postgraduate admissions. Besides the obtained scores, candidates will also get all the information regarding candidate’s name, roll number, candidate’s father’s name and the registration number. To download their result of CLAT PG 2019, candidates will be required to enter their roll number and date of birth. After clicking on ‘Result’ tab provided in the CLAT PG 2019 login accounts of the respective test takers, a new page will open with the scores and qualifying status of the candidates. Candidates are advised to keep save a copy of their result of CLAT PG 2019 for future references.

National Law University Odisha, Cuttack will announce the answer key of CLAT PG 2019 on May 26, 2019 tentatively in online mode. With the help of CLAT PG 2019 Answer Key, candidates would be able to get a clear estimate of the answers marked correctly in the national-level law examination. CLAT PG Answer Key 2019 also helps the candidates in estimating their marks to be scores in the law entrance examination. To check the answer key, candidates will be required to provide their login details including CLAT User Id/ Registration Number and Date of Birth/ Password. In case candidates find any discrepancy in the CLAT PG 2019 Answer Key, they can send their objections to the CLAT Committee and ask for rectifications.


NLUO Cuttack will announce the cutoff of CLAT 2019 after the declaration of result and merit list for the law aspirants. The CLAT Committee will release the CLAT PG Cutoff 2019 separately for all the categories – General/SC/ST/OBC. CLAT PG 2019 Cutoff can be defined as the maximum rank to be secured by a candidate for getting shortlisted for the national-level law admissions through CLAT. With the help of Cutoff, candidates will get to know the status of their chances of admission into the postgraduate law programme.
