CLAT 2019 result was declared on June 14 by NLUO. Also known as Common Law Admission Test 2019, the exam was conducted by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack (NLUO) for the admission year 2019-2020. The CLAT 2019 was conducted on May 26, 2019. Earlier it was scheduled to be held on May 12, 2019, but due to General Elections (Lok Sabha Elections) date coinciding with the examination date, it had been rescheduled. The common law admission test was administered offline. The national-level law entrance examination was held to offer admissions into the undergraduate law programmes including B.A LL.B, B.B.A LL.B, B.Com LL.B, and B.Sc LL.B. The NLU Odisha will administer the Common Law Admission Test to offer admissions into 21 NLUs including Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (MPDNLU) and Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla (HPNLU). Admissions to as many as 2600 undergraduate seats will be offered through CLAT 2019.

The law aspirants need to check CLAT 2019 eligibility criteria which mentions that candidates should have passed 10+2 board examination from any recognised educational institution. According to the CLAT eligibility criteria 2019, candidates belonging to the General category need to score at least 45 per cent marks in their qualifying degree. Those belonging to SC and ST categories, need to score at least 40 per cent marks in the aggregate of the subjects. Further, there is no age bar to appear in the Common Law Admission Test.

CLAT Application Form 2019 had been announced by National Law University Odisha, Cuttack on January 13, 2019 at 9:30 am. NLUO Cuttack had opened an online window for the application form of CLAT 2019. To seek admission into the undergraduate law programmes, candidates had to fill CLAT 2019 Application Form which was available till April 15, 2019. However, candidates who had registered for the test but could not complete the application process had time till April 20, 2019 to submit the application form. Candidates had to register themselves with all the required details. After successful registration, candidates received a user id and password which will help them further to check their application status, admit card, eligibility criteria, exam dates, result and counseling schedule and procedure. After filling up all the details required, candidates had to remit the prescribed application fee. Aspirants were advised to be very careful while filling the details in the application form of CLAT 2019, as there was no scope of rectifications once submitted. Candidates need to keep a printout as well as a copy of the CLAT Application Form 2019 for future references.

As per the CLAT 2019 Exam Pattern, the test was held in offline mode on May 26, 2019, where the candidates were given two hours to attempt the law examination. There were 200 questions having multiple-choice answer options. The candidates were required to choose one correct option among the given answer options. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark each and 0.25 marks each will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The questions of CLAT 2019 were provided in English language only.

National Law University Odisha, Cuttack had announced the mock test of CLAT 2019 in April 2019. Candidates could access the CLAT 2019 Mock Test online, which helped them get an idea of the number of questions, type of questions and marks allocation to be followed in the law entrance examination. Moreover, candidates got the mock test free of cost and could practice it as many as times they wanted. Moreover, it should also be noted that candidates who filled the application form, could only access the CLAT Mock Test 2019.
NLUO, Cuttack had released the admit card of CLAT 2019 on May 12, 2019. Candidates could download the CLAT 2019 admit card by logging in to their registered accounts. It was very important for the law aspirants to carry their admit card of CLAT 2019 at the exam centre of CLAT 2019 as no candidate was allowed to attempt CLAT 2019 without the same. Moreover, candidates were also advised to check all the details mentioned on the CLAT Admit Card 2019. Also, it was advisable to keep save a copy of CLAT 2019 Admit card for future references.
NLUO Cuttack has released the final answer key for CLAT 2019 on June 6. The University had earlier released the provisional answer key of CLAT 2019 on May 30, 2019. Candidates can access the CLAT 2019 Answer Key in online mode. With the help of CLAT Answer Key 2019, candidates can cross-check their marked answers in the law examination. Moreover, they will also get an idea of qualifying the law entrance examination, CLAT 2019. Also, candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned on the CLAT 2019 Answer Key and then download the same.
NLUO Cuttack has announced the result of CLAT 2019 on June 14, 2019. Candidates can now access to the CLAT 2019 Result in online mode. Candidates can get information on their qualifying status in the CLAT 2019 Result. To check the result of CLAT 2019, candidates will have to provide registration number or application number along with the date of birth to download their CLAT Result 2019. After the declaration of the result, candidates will be called for the counselling and admission procedure further.
NLUO Cuttack has released the cutoff of CLAT 2019 after the declaration of the result. It should be noted that CLAT Cutoff 2019 is considered as minimum marks to be scored by candidates for securing admissions into the NLUs. Candidates need to know that the CLAT cutoff is assumed to be the last rank at which a candidate is shortlisted for counselling and admissions to the undergraduate law programmes.

NLUO Cuttack has commenced the counselling of CLAT 2019 from June 14, 2019. To attend CLAT Counselling 2019, candidates have to register themselves online by clicking on the link and providing User Id/ registration Id and Password. Also, candidates need to carry certain documents as asked while attending CLAT 2019 Counselling. As a part of the counselling procedure, candidates will get an opportunity to shift or withdraw their seat.
