National Testing Agency (NTA), on behalf of Delhi University, conducts DU LLB exam for admitting candidates to 3-year law programmes offered by the university. DU LLB 2020 entrance exam will be conducted form June 2-9. Application forms for appearing in the computer-based exam (CBT) will commence March 2; last date of application submission is March 31. Admit cards for successfully registered candidates will be issued on April 30 onward. Meanwhile, the DU LLB 2020 result would be declared on June 25. Candidates who qualify in DU LLB 2020 exam will be eligible for admission to the three participating institutes (or centres) - CLC, LC1, and LC2. These centres have a combined intake capacity of 2658 seats.

The eligibility criteria of DU LLB 2020 is determined by University of Delhi for admission to its 3-year law program. DU LLB 2020 eligibility criteria mentions the minimum academic qualifications and age bar required to appear in DU LLB 2020. Candidates appearing in DU LLB 2020 need to qualify their graduation degree with at least 50 percent marks. Candidates of SC/ST category need to score 40% marks in their qualifying degree and OBC, PwD and CW need to score 45% in the qualifying degree. A candidate who holds a postgraduate degree or is appearing in the final year postgraduate degree examination can also apply for DU LLB 2020. There is no age bar for appearing in the exam.

Delhi University will release the application form of DU LLB 2020 on March 2, 2020. Candidates could access the DU LLB 2020 application form in online mode through their registered accounts. Before filling the DU LLB application form, one must get registered with a valid email id and phone number. A validation link will be sent on the email id and phone number provided by the candidates while filling the application form. After successful filling of DU LLB 2020 application form, candidates are required to remit the application fee as prescribed in online mode.
Aspirants appearing in DU LLB 2020 exam, it is recommended to solve previous year’s official question and sample papers. The sample papers of DU LLB 2020 are available in online mode. By consulting DU LLB sample papers 2020 on can better prepare for the exam, like one can learn about types of questions asked, weightage of questions, marking scheme, difficulty level, etc. One should solve as many sample papers as possible to get better results in the exam.
The exam pattern of DU LLB 2020 is announced by the University of Delhi along with the application form. NTA will release the admit card of DU LLB 2020 on April 30, 2020. Candidates could access the DU LLB 2020 admit card in online mode by entering their email id and password. After checking all the details inscribed namely, candidate's name, roll number, photograph, signature, Test date, Test time, Test City, the application number, course applied for and other relevant information, candidates were advised to take a print out of the same. It should also be noted that it is mandatory to carry the admit card of DU LLB 2020 at the exam centre otherwise no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall under any circumstances.
NTA will release the answer key of DU LLB 2020 tentatively in the 4th week of June 2020. Candidates can access the same in online mode. Using the answer key of DU LLB 2020, One will get a rough idea of the marks to be scored by them in the examination. Candidates are required to login with their registered email id and password and then click on the 'Login' tab. A new page opens with the DU LLB 2020 answer key. The university also gives the candidates an opportunity to look for the discrepancies if any and send the objections for rectifications if required.
NTA will announce the result of DU LLB 2020 on June 25. Candidates can access of the DU LLB 2020 result in online mode through their registered accounts. Aspirants of DU LLB 2020 will get all the information related to the marks obtained and the qualifying status in the result card. Besides the obtained scores, candidates will also get all the information regarding candidate’s name, roll number, candidate’s father’s name and the registration number. Candidates can check the list of DU LLB 2020 results by finding their name in the list. To download their result of DU LLB 2020, candidates will be required to login to their registered accounts, search for their names and scores obtained in the law entrance test.
Delhi University will announce the cutoff of DU LLB 2020 after at the time of seat allotment. DU LLB 2020 cutoff will depend on the merit list. The university will release the DU LLB Cutoff 2020 separately for all the categories – General/SC/ST/OBC. DU LLB 2020 cutoff can be defined as the maximum rank to be secured by a candidate for getting shortlisted for the university-level law admissions through DU LLB entrance exam. Mode of Counselling: Offline
Delhi University will conduct the counselling of DU LLB 2020 after publication of the merit list. Candidates will be required to attend the DU LLB 2020 Counselling in offline mode. However, to appear in the counselling, candidates will be required to register themselves by filling a DU LLB 2020 Counselling Registration Form after downloading it from the official website by providing all the required information,namely - name, roll number, qualifying examination details and preferred colleges for admission. The university will issue call letters to only those candidates who will secure marks and ranks in the law examination according to the merit list that will be issued by the university. Candidates will also be required to submit their original documents which will be returned after being evaluated by the university.

DU LLB exam is one of the most competitive exams and is very important to earn merit. National Testing Agency or NTA conducts this exam annually. 2658 seats are available totally and the exam is of 2 hours and is conducted online. The question paper has 100 multiple choice questions which are to be answered and prepared according to the specific syllabus similar to other law exams.
The applications for this will be out by 2nd March 2020 and the last date to be submitted will in 31st March 2020. The date of the law entrance exam will be somewhere between 2nd Jun 2020 to 9th June 2020.
The eligibility criteria for the course is a 50% score in the previous graduate or postgraduate exam. People who are pursuing LLB from other colleges will not be eligible to apply for this.
There will be negative marking. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded and for every wrong answer, one mark will be deducted.
The syllabus consists of 5 parts:
English Language Comprehension consists of basic grammar questions like passive and active voice, antonyms, synonyms, word meaning, Fill in the blanks, Incorrect sentences, Unseen passages, Spelling error, Sentence correction, Idioms and Phrases, Odd man out, Para jumbles and One word Substitutions.
Analytical abilities consists of series, blood relations, directions, syllogisms, critical reasoning, coding-decoding, Logical puzzles, logical reasoning and analogy.
Mathematics consists of Class 10 maths which includes average, data interpretation, percentage, ratio and proportion, time and distance, basic arithmetics, number system, profit and loss, series and time and work.
Legal awareness and aptitude consists of Constitution, Legal GK, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Contract Act and recent laws passed.
GK and Current affairs have books and authors, recent events, economics, environment, general studies, geography, history, science, sports, word meanings, economics, basic social sciences, UN bodies and so on.
Some peculiar points about the previous question paper have been that the general awareness questions were less. The Legal awareness was focused on the Indian Constitution section. The Analytical Reasoning Section was difficult. English language and Maths was easy compared to the rest of the paper.
