About MHCET Law 2020
Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra has released the MH CET law admit card for the 5-year LLB programme, the entrance exam will be conducted on October 11 in online mode. The MH CET law for 3-year LLB will be conducted from November 2 to 3 in multiple shifts. The MH CET Law application form for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB has been closed on September 08. The entrance exam of MHCET law consists of 150 multiple-choice questions from subjects like legal aptitude, general knowledge, current affairs, maths and English. Through MHCET law 2020, more than 10,000 seats will be offered for 5-year LLB courses, while for 3-year LLB courses, the available seats are more than 15,000. Admissions to various law will be offered on the basis of MHCET law 2020 marks ( or rank).

MHCET Law 2020 Eligibility Criteria
DHE, Maharashtra has prescribed the MHCET law eligibility criteria 2020 for candidates for looking admissions to 5-year LLB course offered by the participating law colleges of the state. Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned below.
Eligibility criteria for 5-year integrated law:
- Qualifying exam: The candidate needs to have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam (including 3-year diploma in engineering)
- Minimum marks: The minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying exam for Maharashtra state candidates is 45% for general category, 40% for SC/ST, and 42% for VJ / DT / NT(A) / NT / O.B.C./ S.B.C. category. Other state candidates needs a minimum aggregate of 45% marks irrespective of their category.
- Others: Such candidates who have passed senior secondary or obtained first-degree certificate through distance education or correspondence method may also apply
Candidates seeking admission to 3-year LLB course need to meet the following eligibility conditions.

How to fill the MHCET law application form?
Registration - While applying for MHCET law 2020, candidates need to register by providing their basic information which includes candidates name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and other personal details.
Uploading the documents - Candidates will need to upload a recent passport size photo and a scanned copy of their signature. Both photo and signature should be in JPEG format.
Filling the application form - In the application form of MHCET law 2020, candidates have to provide all personal and educational details, category, domicile, address of correspondence and permanent address etc. It should be noted that the details mentioned in the MHCET law application form 2020 will be used for the entire admission process, thus it is very important that candidates provide their correct details.

MHCET Law 2020 Exam Pattern
The conducting body has prescribed a common MHCET law exam pattern for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB entrance test. The exam pattern of MHCET law outline the basic framework of the entrance test. As per the MHCET law exam pattern 2020, the entrance test will be conducted in online mode and will consist of 150 objective type questions. MHCET Law 2020 Counselling
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of MHCET law 2020 will have to appear in the counselling and seat allotment process. For appearing in the counselling of MHCET Law 2020, the shortlisted candidates will have to register for Common Admission Process(CAP) in online mode. After registration, such candidates will be required to submit their documents and other details as asked by the authorities.

see mhtcet llb exam entrance test held by STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST CELL, MAHARASHTRA STATE, MUMBAI, for llb 3 years course as well as 5 years course. now since you are in middle of the llb course you do not need to again appear in mhtcet entrance test if you want to take admission in third year, mhtcet llb exam is for admission in first year of 3 years or 5 years duration llb courses. but if you want to start from first year you can definitely go for the exam.
now see most of the college donot permit to take admission in middle of any course. so I suggest you to directly contact with the college authority in which you want to take admission to know about rules and regulations for migration to another college.
