About TS LAWCET 2021
Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts the TS LAWCET (or Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test) for admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB courses offered by various law colleges in the state of Telangana. TS LAWCET 2021 exam will be of 1 hour 30 minutes duration, comprise 120 objective-type questions, and will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The online application form of TS LAWCET 2021 is released on March 24, 2021, and may be filled by candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, including academic and domicile requirements. As part of the TS LAWCET application form 2021 filling process, the candidate is required to first pay the application fee, fill in education, personal and contact details. The TS LAWCET 2021 exam will be conducted on August 23, 2021; admit cards will be issued to successfully registered candidates by August 9, 2021. Post exam, TS LAWCET 2021 answer keys will be released, which will contain answers to questions asked in the exam. The result of TS LAWCET 2021 will be declared around the 4th week of August, which will be followed by shortlisting of candidates (based on TS LAWCET merit list 2021) for counselling and seat allotment.
Currently, there are around 3190 seats for the 3-year programme and around 1480 seats for the 5-year integrated programmes. 5-year integrated LLB programmes on offer include BA LLB, BBA LLB, and B.Com LLB.

TSCHE released the TS LAWCET 2021 application form on March 24, 2021; the form will be available in online mode only. Such candidates who meet TS LAWCET eligibility criteria 2021 may fill and submit the application form before the last date. Note that for late submission to the application form (after the last date), candidates will have to pay a late fee to submit TS LAWCET 2021 application forms, starting with Rs. 500, which can go up to as much as Rs. 4,000.

Soon after the declaration of results, admission officials will prepare the TS LAWCET 2021 merit list using the marks scored by the candidate in the entrance exam. - Next, marks of Part B will be considered
- If tie remains, they may be bracketed together, but at the time of admission, the candidate senior in age will be given preference.
The admission conducting authority will release the category-wise TS LAWCET cutoff 2021 for all the participating colleges. Also, the TS LAWCET 2021 cutoff will be course-specific. The cutoff would indicate the last rank for which admission is given to a course for a particular category or institute. Candidates who score below this cutoff in the chosen course (or category or institute), he/she will not be considered for admission.

Osmania University, Hyderabad, is responsible for the conduct of TS LAWCET 2022 counselling for such candidates who have qualified in the exam; eligible candidates will be shortlisted for TS LAWCET counselling based on their ranks in the state-level exam. Such candidates whose names are included in the shortlist of counselling will have to undergo counselling formalities like document verification. choice filling and locking.
As part of the document verification process, the candidate will have to get their documents verified at designated centres. Post document verification, the candidate has to participate in web-counselling, during which choice will have to be filled and locked. Since TS LAWCET 2021 seat allotment will be based on both the merit rank of the candidate and also selected options.

applying for TS lawcet exam caste certificate is compulsory or not for OBC?
TS lawcet examination conduct by Telengana state for law entrance examination. If you are qualifying this examination then you can get the admission for LLB which is 3 years course and BA LLB which is 5 years course. LLB course you have to get minimum 45% marks in your 10+2+3 education. And BA LLB course you have to get minimum 45% marks for 10+2 education. But for SC and St category candidates extra 5% marks will aggregate.
Now if you are OBC category student so if you want to get admission through category rank then you have to seen them your OBC certificate dear. And it's compulsory for every examination.

if a candidate have passed 10th then became Graduate from Ambedkar open university can apply for TS LAWCET or he must have intermediate???
As per the eligibility criteria for TS LAWCET 2021 a candidate who have appeared in Graduation in one sitting without basic qualification that is Intermediate or its equivalent are not eligible to appear for TS LAWCET.
A candidate must have passed graduation in any discipline after 10+2 in 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 45% marks and for SC/ST it is minimum 40% marks in the qualifying exam for admission in to 3 year LLB.
For 5 year LLB a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 45% marks and for SC/ST it is minimum 40% marks in the qualifying exam for admission in to 5 year integrated LLB.
So it is compulsory that a candidate must have passed intermediate.

CLAT examination is conducted in offline mode.
