TS PGLCET 2022 - Osmania University, Hyderabad has started the edit of web options entry phase-II on December 12, 2022. Eligible candidates can edit their web options by using their counselling registration number. The university will release the list of provisionally selected candidates for phase-II on December 15, 2022. Earlier the university has started web options phase -II from December 10-11, 2022.

What is TS PGLCET?   

Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test or TS PGLCET is an LLM entrance exam conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). TS PGLCET is accepted by over 30 law colleges and universities in Telangana. These law colleges offer around 750 seats in the LLM programme.

TS PGLCET 2022 exam details 

The online-based, TS PGLCET 2022 will be a 90-minute duration test. The question paper of TS PGLCET 2022 will have 120 objective type questions, each carrying one mark. The questions will be asked from various subjects of the LLB programme such as Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile law, Crimes and Torts, IPR and Labour Laws.

The result of TS PGLCET 2022 would be announced in online mode at lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Scores obtained by the candidate in the exam will be used to prepare TS PGLCET merit lists, which will be used to shortlist candidates for counselling and seat allotment.

The exam conducting authority will release the eligibility criteria of TS PGLCET 2022 for admission to the LLM programme offered by participating colleges. These criteria would relate to qualifying exam passed, domicile and other such requirements the candidate has to fulfil for admission.

TS PGLCET Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Qualifying exam : The candidate must have passed 3 year LLB degree or 5-year integrated LLB degree exam.
• Those appearing in qualifying exam : Such candidates can also apply.
• Experience : The candidates who wish to apply for L.L.M at Osmania University (Private Appearance) must posses a minimum 3 years experience as a judicial officer or a 3 year standing as an advocate on the date of appearing in TS PGLCET 2022
• The candidate needs to satisfy domicile requirements as applicable.

The application form of TS PGLCET 2022 was released in online mode at lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Such candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria need to duly fill out the TS PGLCET application form and submit it before the last date. As part of the application process, the candidate needs to first get registered and pay the application fee, post which the application form can be filled.

How to fill TS PGLCET 2022 application form?

• Registration and payment of application fee - The fee can be paid in both online and offline mode. Online payment can be made using net banking, credit or debit cards. For making offline payment, one needs to go to the TS online centres. 
• Check payment status - If the payment is successful, the payment status will be updated in the application portal. 
• Fill the form: In this step, the candidate will be required to fill in personal, academic and contact details. 
• Select exam centre: A maximum of three choices is allowed; enter the options in the order of priority. 
• Upload documents - Photograph and signature would have to be uploaded as per prescribed format.

TSCHE provides the TS PGLCET mock test for candidates preparing for the examination. The mock test of TS PGLCET 2022 will help candidates understand the online testing system and the type of questions asked in the examination. Candidates are allowed to attempt the TS PGLCET 2022 mock test multiple times, for free of cost.

Along with the mock tests, candidates should also solve all previous year question papers of TS PGLCET. These papers allow the candidates to make their preparation more exam-oriented. Osmania University had released the TS PGLCET admit card 2022 on July 15, 2022. The admit card is available for downloaded at the TSCHE portal. TS PGLCET 2022 hall ticket cum admit card mentions information like the date and time of TS PGLCET exam, roll number, and details of the allotted exam centre.

To download the TS PGLCET admit card 2022, follow these steps:

• A login window will open
• Enter registration number, DOB, and qualifying examination hall ticket number

Osmania University has released the TS PGLCET 2022 answer key on July 26, 2022. The TS PGLCET answer key 2022 contains official answers to all the questions asked in the examination. So, candidates by comparing their answers with those given in the answer key will be able to calculate estimated scores and thus chances of admission; one may use previous years' cutoff data for this purpose.

There is also a provision to challenge the answer keys of TS PGLCET by July 28, 2022. The final answer key will be released after considering all such objections registered by candidates.

The authorities has declared the result of TS PGLCET 2022 at lawcet.tsche.ac.in in August 17, 2022. TS PGLCET result 2022 contains details like the qualifying status of the candidate along with the sectional and total score, and rank. Based on entrance exam scores, TS PGLCET merit lists will also be prepared which will be used to shortlisting of candidates for counselling and seat allotment process.

How to check TS PGLCET result 2022?

• Go to the TSCHE website
• Click on the result link
• A login window will open
• Enter TS LAWCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
• TS PGLCET result would be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a printout of the result. 

Officials will also release TS PGLCET rank cards along with the result or sometime thereabout. 

Mode of Counselling: Offline

Osmania University, Hyderabad has started web option registration for eligible candidates. Candidates can register by using the counselling registration number.  The TS PGLCET counselling is the last stage of the admission process during which around 30 law colleges will come together to offer approximately 750 seats.

TS PGLCET 2022 counselling would comprise steps like exercising web options, entering and locking of choices, and seat allotment. The allotment of seats will be based on the merit rank of the candidate and options opted by the candidate.

During counselling, document verification will be conducted. It is mandatory for all candidates to successfully complete the process, or else they will not be considered for admission.
