AIBE X 2016 application form will begin from January 6, 2017 as Bar Council of India issued an official notification for All India Bar Examination on January 4, 2017. According to the official notification, the BCI regulated AIBE X 2016 is scheduled to be held on February 26, 2017. Candidates can look for more information on the bar examination including eligibility criteria, application process, and the AIBE 10 dates.Candidates interested in appearing for the Indian bar examination will need to register online before filling AIBE X 2016 application form. “The online registration for AIBE X 2016 will start from 6th January, 2017,” reads the official notification issued by BCI.
Change in AIBE Calendar
This year the AIBE notification as well the application forms have been delayed by as many as two months. Till last year, the examination notification was used to be announced by November, while this year it got announced in January. The BCI has preponed the examination date by a month as last year the AIBE was conducted in March which however will be conducted on February 26, 2017.
AIBE Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in applying for AIBE need to meet eligibility criteria of AIBE (10) 2016. According to AIBE eligibility, the candidates should be LL.B graduate securing a minimum passing percentage besides being enrolled with any of the State Bar Councils.
