The eligibility criteria for the Noida-based Amity Law School, Delhi, will be different for Sponsored and Non Sponsored categories of candidates.
Non Sponsored refers to the high merit category of students. Candidates applying under this category should have cleared their Higher Secondary Exam or equivalent 10+2 exam from a recognized Board with 60% overall marks.
Sponsored refers to candidates from relatively lower merit category who will be charged higher fees. They can apply for admissions provided they have cleared their Higher Secondary or equivalent 10+2 exam from a recognized Board with 55% overall marks.

Online Mode - Candidates applying for admissions in online mode need to first register themselves through the link given on this page and enter the given fields in the Amity Law School Application Form. Candidates should provide a valid mobile phone number and Email ID along with scanned copies of their Class X marksheet and recent passport size photograph while filling the form. They may submit the application fees of Rs. 1100 through Debit Card/Credit Card facilities.
Offline Mode 1 – To submit application form in offline mode 1, candidates can enter their basic details at the Amity Law School link given below and download the PDF file of the application form. They should then enter the required information in all the fields of the Application Form in their own handwriting in black ink, affix a recent passport size photo and attach a xerox copy of their Class X marksheet. The application fees of Rs. 1100 can be paid online through Debit/Credit Card or offline. For paying offline, candidates should submit their application form at the Amity Law School, Noida campus personally or via post with the attached documents and a DD of Rs. 1100 in favour of 'Amity Form' payable at New Delhi. Candidates should mention their name and Amity Application Form Number on the back of the Demand Draft.
Offline Mode 2 – Candidates may pay a fee of Rs. 1100 to buy the Admissions pack from the Amity Law School, Noida campus or any other centres of Amity University. They should then fill the required fields and attach the documents as per the steps explained under Offline Mode 1 above.

Direct Admissions – Students who have secured an aggregate of 80% or more in their Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State Board exam for 2016-17) will be exempt from the selection process.
