Recently a petition has been filed by a number of law aspirants including the students of NLU Jodhpur demanding CLAT test takers to carry CLAT Question papers back to home. In addition to the demands, the petitioners have also sought for a copy of OMR sheets. Moreover the petitioners have also asked for a permanent CLAT body to take care of the admissions.

CLAT is the common law admission test conducted by the 14 National Law Universities in rotation.  CLAT 2014 is being conducted by Gujarat National Law University. The coveted law entrance exam is scheduled for May 11, 2014 across the various test centres in India.

Not only this, the petitioners have also written to the Court for directing National Law University, Delhi to join the CLAT Committee. The law aspirants argued that taking so many exams is an unreasonable burden rather than an opportunity for law aspirants.

A Division Bench of Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and B L Sharma issued noticed in the matter (Law Prep Tutorial Pvt. Ltd & Ors v. Union of India & Ors- D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 754/2014), giving the respondents two weeks time to file their replies.

WHEN WILL THE CLAT 2020 OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION BE RELEASED?

Hi Kirit,
Common law admission test(CLAT) exam of 2020, will take place in May 2020. The exam is conducted by 19 National Law Universities.it is a computer-based test which includes multiple-choice questions(MCQs). Registration for the exam starts in Jan 2020 and ends in March 2020. Last date of fee payment is last week ofarch 2020. Further information is given on the CLAT website.

Is CLAT entrance exam is sufficient to get seat in LLB banglore university?

Hi,

If your query is related with doing 5-year BALLB program being offered at University Law College (ULC) I must say no. Because it has its own admission process. Basically, CLAT is an entrance exam for taking admission in NLUs. It really depends on your Own Interest. If you focus on the things for best happening, you can definitely  crack CLAT examination.

Let me suggest you few tips,
  • Firstly make a timetable according to your comforts
  • Make a daily goals. It says you should complete this much of syllabus till this time
  • Go for weekend Tests

clat ki study ke liye kitne month ka time sufficient hai...? please answer

Every other person has a different brain which works in different frequencies.

What I can study in 10 hours, maybe you can study in 2.

So this is really irrelevant.


But still to answer your question, according to some statistics, a good amount of 4–5 hours a day can help you get into a tier 1 college, but those hours should be with complete dedication and for 5-6 months.

It depends upon the Reservation Category and all. Considering General, you must need a rank of 120-140 for the admission. These were the last year cutoffs.
