CLAT 2015 First Seat Allotment List has been postponed for June 2 as delayed by two days. Earlier, as per CLAT 2015 schedule, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU) was to announce the first indicative seat allotment list on May 31, 2015.The Seat Allotment List of CLAT 2015 for First Round shall provide candidates an overview of the status of the seats including the vacant ones in participating 16 NLUs. Afterwards the publication of First Seat Allotment List, candidates participating in CLAT 2015 Counselling will have to remit the counselling fees between June 4 and June 10, 2015.

CLAT 2015 Committee has said that the first seat allotment list has been postponed due to some technical reasons.
Meanwhile, CLAT 2015 candidates have approached Allahabad High Court demanding release of CLAT question papers citing discrepancies in the most coveted law entrance exam. CLAT test taker Aditya Dua along with 10 others has petitioned in the High Court seeking release of questions paper of the online entrance exam conducted on May 10. Subsequently, to the petitioned filed on May 25, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has also sought response from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in this matter within four weeks.
As per the official information, Petition No. Writ-C/32024/2015 has been filed in Allahabad High Court under the category of Writ Petition in Education Matters-The All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987. There is no such information from the High Court regarding directions to RMLNLU to provide question papers and answer keys to the candidates, as the next listing is likely to be scheduled on July 9, 2015.
CLAT 2015 Counselling is scheduled to be over by July 6, 2015.
CLAT 2015 Result was declared on May 20 for over 39772 candidates who had appeared for the national level law entrance exam conducted by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU). CLAT 2015 is the basis for admission to 2164 seats of BA LLB across 16 NLUs in India.
CLAT 2015 Facts –
As per the official data of RMLNLU, as many as 39772 candidates had registered for Online CLAT 2015 while last year, a total of 31231 candidates had successfully registered for the entrance exam.
CLAT 2015 was held on May 10 in online mode for the very first time
CLAT 2015 had a question paper comprising a total of 200 questions carrying 200 marks
The 200 questions set in objective-type (MCQs) covered five sections including English including Comprehension, General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
While every correct answer was awarded one mark, as per the negative marking policy of CLAT 2015, for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks was deducted from the total scored marks

NLUI, Bhopal takes admission to its 5 year BA.LLB course on the basis of CLAT scores and it has its own seat matrix and seats reserved for students having domicile of Madhya Pradesh i.e. state domicile students.
To answer your question, as per the latest admission brochure which is uploaded by the university, it is offering a total of 07 seats out of a total of 122 seats in its BA.LLB course to MP State OBC students so it is not true that the university is not offering reservation to state domicile OBC students.

After you get your CLAT scores, you will be given an All India Rank based on that scores, after you get the rank you will need to take p-art in counselling round where all the participating National Law Universities will declare their individual cut off list and based on this cut off list you will be allotted a college after this you will have to either lock in the college you have been allotted or continue to take part in the counselling process. If you decide to lock in the seat then you will have to pay the required admission fees to that particular NLU and get your required documents physically verified.
