IPUCET Law 2016 to be held on Apr 16; Apply online till Mar 29
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will be conducting IPU CET Law 2016 on April 16 as the applications begins from January 30. You can check here the exam dates of IPU CET Law 2016 and application procedure.
As per the eligibility criteria of IPU CET Law 2016, you need to have qualified 12th Board Examination or equivalent of the 10+2 exam pattern from a recognized education board securing at least 50% marks in aggregate of the subjects, including English as a compulsory one.
IPUCET Law 2016 Application Process begins from January 30 and can be filled in online mode till March 29. The application form of IPUCET Law 2016 is a two-step process where one needs to fill in the personal details and then remit the application fee besides choosing course details. You will also need to upload photograph and signature for the application forms. An application form fee of Rs. 1000 is required to be remitted through the online mode using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking facilities.

GGSIPU shall be conducting IPUCET Law 2016 in offline mode on April 16 at Delhi only. The exam shall be of 2 hours and 30 minute duration where you need to attempt as many as 150 questions of objective-nature (MCQs). The questions will be distributed among different sections– English Language and Comprehension, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning. While each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks, 1 mark shall be deducted from the total scored marks in case of a wrong attempt.

In order to be eligible to take admission in Indraprastha University for LLB course, the candidate should have passed their 12th class under 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with atleast an aggregate of 50% marks.
And rest it depends upon your score in the entrance test conducted by the university.

ipucet law has an entrance exam of itself or it takes through CLAT?!
The admissions to the university will be conducted through CLAT, application forms are available online. After submitting the form you will be issued the admit card soon after. If your name is in the merit list then you will be called for the councelling session.

CLAT would have been the best option for you for BA LLB but it seems you haven't applied for it. Therefore, you have to contend with low end universities for doing your law degree.

I filled form for IPU CET LLB long back and put my CLAT registration number aawell. Later CLAT added a number 1 to make it 9 digit no.

When will ipu llb admit cards be available on the IPU website and also whether ipu cet llb will be conducted or not ?
IPU admit cards for BA/BBA LLB was said to be released by April last, but there is no such link on the official site as of yet. You can directly contact via email/call the college authorities regarding the same. Also, IPU CET for LLB wont be conducted this year. Students will be admitted on the basis of their CLAT score.
