LSAC has firstly announced the scheduling of LSAT 2014 on May 18, 2014, followed by Panjab University. The question arises whether Panjab University wasn’t aware of the dates pre-scheduled by LSAC/Pearson VUE? If they were then why did they fix the same date for the conduct of exam, knowing several of the law aspirants will be taking the other exams.

Careers360 has tried to contact the concerned authority of the Universities regarding re-scheduling of the exam dates. Shall update you the same as soon as any reply comes.

What is the eligibility for LSAT India Exam? can a person appear for the exam after graduation.

Aditya kumar Student Expert 13th Oct, 2019
Hello there!

Greetings!

Tes , one can give LSAT after graduation, to be eligible for LSAT exam for admission into the three-year law programme, a candidate needs to hold a graduation degree from any recognized university with at least 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree . So if you have scored at least 55% or more in your graduation then you can give LSAT exam but in case if you belong to reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD), then the university gives 5 percent relaxation and which stands to be 50% so in that case even if you have scored 50 % then you will be eligible.

Hi, I am currently studying in India and plan to study abroad. Can anyone brief me on the details of giving the LSAT in India?

marshal prakash hembram 28th Jun, 2019

Hi Aspirant, LSAT is an exam for law schools. Law School Admission Council (LSAC), is the official body to conduct the LSAT exam and doesn’t specify any conditions to write the exam. Candidates need to check for any specific criteria with their targeted law schools. Test is intended for candidates desirous of studying law and have graduated or are about to graduate and looking for admissions in a law school. There is no age limit to write the test.
