LSAT India 2018 on May 20; online application process to begin on Oct 4

LSAT India 2018 will be held on May 20 as Pearson VUE puts an official notification for Law School Admission Test, the LSAT India. Candidates can begin filling LSAT India application 2018 from October 4, 2017. The candidates will need to register first for filling the online application form of LSAT India 2018. Most importantly, it should be noted that this year LSAT India application process has gone completely online including the payment of fees. Till last year, the candidates could pay the application fee in offline mode too using Demand Draft, which however is not facilitated this year. The application fees for LSAT India 2018 can be paid using any one of the online payment options– Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

LSAT India Eligibility Criteria 2018


There are over 85 law schools participating in LSAT India 2018. Each of these law schools associated with LSAT India 2018 will have their own eligibility criteria for admissions. However, there are a few common eligibility criteria of LSAT India 2018 which candidates can find below. The LSAT India eligibility criteria 2018 as mentioned below needs to be met by the candidates who wish to fill LSAT India application form 2018.

  • Passed in 12th board examination from any recognised 10+2 school system

  • Score the minimum marks as required by the law school applying for

  • No upper age limit*

*As of now, there is no age bar for the undergraduate law programmes. However, the matter is subjudice in Supreme Court


LSAT India Application Form 2018

  1. The application form of LSAT India 2018 can be filled online only after registering for the Law School Admission Test.

  2. Candidates need to fill and submit the online LSAT India application form 2018 by May 4, 2018 which is the last date.

  3. LSAT India 2018 application forms submitted after the last date will not be entertained.

  4. The application form of LSAT India 2018 can be submitted only after the application fee has been paid.

  5. Pearson VUE has facilitated to pay the fees of LSAT India application form 2018 through one of the online payment options– Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

  6. The application fee for LSAT India 2018 is Rs. 3800 for every candidates irrespective of their categories.

LSAT India Exam Pattern 2018

  • LSAT India 2018 will be administered offline only.

  • LSAT India 2018 will be an offline test of two hours and 20 minutes.

  • There will be no break in between of the paper.

  • There will be around 92 to 100 multiple-choice questions.

  • The questions will cover questions from four sections– Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning I, Logical Reasoning II and Reading Comprehension.

  • There will be no negative marking for any wrong attempt.
