Eligibility for THDC Recruitment for Executive Trainee in Law through CLAT 2015 for LLM – Candidates aspiring for THDC need to possess a three years LLB degree or five-year integrated law programme degree recognized by Bar Council of India. The candidates need to secure at least 65% of the total marks in the qualifying examination.


Note that the candidates securing an overall 65% will be considered eligible and those securing 64.99% will not be considered eligible as the marks will not be rounded off to 65%.


Moreover, the eligible candidates need to attain the following age as on January 31, 2015. Find the table below for more on Age requirement of all categories –

Selection process for THDC Recruitment for Executive Trainee in Law through CLAT 2015 for LLM – Candidates interested in applying for THDC Executive Trainee in Law through CLAT LLM 2015 can have an overview of the selection process.


Interested and eligible candidates will have to appear for CLAT 2015 applicable for admissions to LLM programmes. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CLAT LLM 2015 scores.


Weightage to performance for selection
– Candidates may find below the table indicating weightage to performance at various levels for selection in THDC 2015 Law Trainee Recruitment –

The General and OBC category candidates need to secure at least 50% for Interview and those belonging to SC/St category need to secure at least 30% for the same.

The merit list of each category shall be provided separately. However, the SC/ST/OBC candidates who stand in same merit as that of General candidates and have not availed for any relaxation will be included in General Merit List.

How to Apply for THDC Executive Trainee in Law 2015 Recruitment?

Candidates need to go through the application procedure as below –

  • The application for THDC Executive Trainee in Law through CLAT 2015 for LLM programmes need to filled-in offline mode. However, THDC 2015 Recruitment Application Form for Executive Trainee Law should be downloaded and printed from the official link provided in this page below
  • The application need to be filled in own handwriting through a blue ball point pen
  • During THDC 2015 Executive Trainee in Law Applications, candidates need to affix the same photograph as the one in CLAT 2015 LLM Applications in the designated place of THDC 2015 application form
  • Candidates need to remit any application fee for THDC 2015 Recruitment Application.
  • THDC 2015 Executive Trainee in Law Applications need to submit it through any post (Speed/Registered/Ordinary) by May 15, 2015 to the address mentioned below after attaching self-attested copies of the following documents –
    Mark sheets of Class 10th
    Mark sheets of Class 12th
    Mark sheets of Graduation (for candidates having LLB degree)
    Mark sheets of the Qualifying exam (LLB/Five-year integrated Law programmes)
    CLAT 2015 Registration Slip
    3 Coloured photographs (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm)
    Cate Certificate (if applicable)
    Disability Certificate (if applicable)

And the last date to fill the online application form of CLAT 2020 is 31st March 2020.

If you want to fill the application form in online mode then you can fill it by visiting its official website i.e https:// consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2020

Steps you need to follow while filling the form are:-

  • First of all you need to visit the official website i.e https:// consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2020 and do online Registration
  • Then you need to fill your application form
  • Now, upload your documents
  • Now you need to make payment of application fee
  • Finally you need to take a print out of confirmation page

i scored 49 % in B.A.LLB and i am ST can i apply for CLAT

A ST category candidate need to score at least 50% marks in the graduation. But as you have obtained 49% marks, you are not eligible to write CLAT PG Exam. Any candidate who doesn't meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will not be given admission.
