Eligibility Criteria for VIT Law School Admissions 2017

Candidates need to fulfill eligibility criteria for admissions to five-year integrated LLB programmes. Check below the eligibility criteria of VIT Law admissions 2017 -

  • Candidates must be passed in qualifying exam of 10+2 class from national or state board of education any state or equivalent Board

  • Candidates must have scored at least 70% marks in qualifying examination. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST category or states like Jammu and Kashmir, North East states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura need to have 60% marks

  • Candidates must be born or after on or after July 1, 1997  

  • Candidates holding scores of national level law entrance exam including CLAT 2017, LSAT India 2017 are eligible to apply

Selection Procedure of VIT Law Admissions 2017

Candidates will be shortlisted for admissions to five-year integrated law programmes on basis of below mentioned criteria -

  • Candidates scoring higher marks in 10+2 qualifying exam/ merit score

  • Candidates who obtains higher marks in Group Discussion and Personal Interview

  • Candidates holding valid score of CLAT or LSAT India or any national level entrance exam will be preferred
