The Osmania University, Hyderabad, will start with the TS LAWCET 2019 counselling for admissions to three year and five year integrated LLB programmes in the third week of October 2019. Candidates mentioned in the merit list and fulfilling the cutoffs announced by the university will have to attend the counselling of TS LAWCET 2019. The university will release a counselling schedule mentioning the ranks for which the TS LAWCET counselling 2019 and document verification procedures will be conducted.
Candidates will find the official counselling schedule updated with the announcement of the notification on the official websites of CAREERS360 and the concerned university.

No, because there are three eligiblity criteria for doing llb
1. One need to first complete his bachelors degree i.e only graduate can do (10+2+3).
2. It is a regular course, any one cannot do any type of job or any other course
3. Need of clearing exam such as DULLB.

For taking admission in llb 3 year anyone only need graduation from the recognised university it may be open or through regular. So your are also eligible to give any entrance test for llb 3 year . Best of luck for your future.

Telangana State Law Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) is a state level exam conducted annually by Osmania University Hyderabad. This year the exam was on May 20, 2019. The exam will not be conducted again this year, it will take place in 2020 now.

Osmania University is a prestigious university which opens many gates of opportunities for it's students. And getting admission in this university is an achievement in itself. Since the university is such high ranked hence the cut-offs will be high as well.
This year's cut-offs have not been released yet but you can always predict your college by checking out the previous years cutoff trends. Last year's cut-off rank for SC category was 83. And since your rank doesn't fall under the cut-off you're not likely to get in Osmania University campus. But you can always get into other colleges.

As per the previous years' cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for a BC-D Male category candidate was 47 in University College of Law, Osmania University. Since cutoffs don't differ much over the years, there seem to be very slim chances that the cutoffs will go down to 397 in your category. Here are some of the other colleges you can consider -
