About AILET 2020
NLU Delhi has postponed the AILET 2020 indefinitely. The AILET exam will not be conducted on August 18. Further, the decision to conducted home proctored examination has been rolled back. National Testing Agency, now on behalf of NLU Delhi, will conduct AILET 2020 in test centre based online RPT mode. The admit card for appearing in AILET 2020 will be issued a few weeks prior to the exam. The last date to submit online application form of AILET is August 10. AILET is conducted once in a year for admissions to 5-year integrated (BA LLB) and LLM law programmes offered by the institute. The BA LLB program has a seat intake capacity of 110 seats that will be filled based on AILET 2020 scores. Further, there are 10 additional seats reserved for Foreign Nationals that will be offered through direct admission based on merit. Foreign nationals are exempt fro appearing in AILET 2020. The LLM program has 70 seats that will be filled based on AILET 2020 scores, and 10 seats for foreign nationals.
AILET 2020 exam will consist of 150 MCQs. Candidates who qualify the examination are further called for the counselling and admission procedure conducted by NLU Delhi.

NLU Delhi announces the eligibility criteria of AILET 2020 along with the application form. According to the AILET 2020 eligibility criteria, the following candidates will be considered suitable to apply for the B.A LL.B programme.
Candidates who have completed 10+2 with Senior Secondary System or equivalent examination from a recognized board
Candidates scoring minimum 50 percent marks in the qualifying examination
There is no age bar for candidates who wish to apply for AILET 2020 as per the Supreme Court’s stay on age bar in 2017
Candidates appearing for Class XII examination are also eligible to apply for AILET 2020.

- AILET 2020 application form has been released on January 15, 2020 in online mode.
- Candidates have to fill and submit completed application forms before the last date.

- The application fee is different for different categories.

AILET 2020 Syllabus
The exam pattern of AILET 2020 was as follows
- The examination will be conducted in the online remote proctored mode at various test centres of NTA.
- The language of conduct will be English
- The examination is conducted for a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes
- 150 questions are asked for a total of 150 marks
- Question types asked is 'Objective type'
- Negative marking is applicable (One mark for correct answers and 0.25 will be deducted for every incorrect answer)
- Subjects for examination are English, General knowledge, legal aptitude, logical reasoning and elementary mathematics

AILET Counselling 2020 will be conducted for candidates who have qualified the AILET 2020 entrance exam for B.A LL.B. The counselling process of AILET 2020 will be conducted in offline mode. AILET 2020 counselling will be conducted at NLU Delhi campus as per the category of the candidates.
Candidates called for counselling must carry along with them the following documents
- AILET 2020 Admit Card
- AILET 2020 Scorecard or admission letter being issued by NLU Delhi.
- Self-Attested copy of Marks Statement of 10th and 12th board examinations.
- Self-Attested copy of Transfer Certificate.
- Self-Attested copy of Character Certificate issued by the last school attended.

If you already filled the form AILET 2020 then you dont need to apply again. To get admission in NLU, Delhi you you are required to give AILET only.
AILET is held once a year for admissions to the 5-year comprehensive (BA LLB) and LLM legal programs offered by the university. The BA LLB plan has a seat intake capacity of 70 seats to be filled on the basis of the AILET 2020 ranking. what a good score for ailet admission sc candidate
The good score in Ailet is candidate shall secure minimum of 40%( for sc and sc candidates ) of the total marks in the AILET to become eligible for the admission . Students appearing or having passed class 12 with minimum 50% marks are eligible for the exam .
