Is bare acts books are going to allow in All India Bar Exam XVI 2021 ?
Hello Aspirant ,
I hope you are doing well.
No, most exams in India do not allow you to take short notes during the exam. If you find such a short note, you will have to reappear in the exam in , and the final decision will be the university's decision. This is because there are options to exclude them from future exams at their respective universities. If FIR is sufficient evidence applicable to you and it is your time, you may even face prison time you will probably face 420 section 420 prosecution Under Article 415 of the Indian Criminal Code, fraud is characterized as false or unreliable inducing a person to transfer or agree to own property.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck.
