It has been confirmed by the council through a notice on its official website that admit cards for AIBE XVII (17) 2023 will be issued on February 1 after 5 pm. The AIBE XVII (17) 2023 admit card generation link will be provided below as soon as it is released. Candidates will have to use their registration ID and password to download the hall tickets. The pen and paper-based AIBE XVII (17) 2023 exam date will be conducted on February 5, 2023.     Are Bare Acts allowed in AIBE 2023?

    Yes, Bare Acts are allowed in the AIBE examination. The website of All India Bar Examination says, " Bare Acts without notes are allowed. In case of unavailability of Bare Acts without notes, Bare Acts with least short notes will be allowed subject to the discretion of the Examiner/Invigilator". However, candidates can not carry books, AIBE study materials or any electronic items to their exam centre.

    What is new in AIBE 2023?

    1. Until the AIBE XV, the exam was conducted as an open-book exam, wherein candidates were allowed to take books, notes and study materials inside the exam hall.

    2. But from AIVE XVI onwards, the national level exam ceases to be an open-book exam. Meaning, books, notes and study materials are no longer allowed. However, the candidate is still allowed to carry bare notes.

    Reporting time - Candidates should report at the test centre at least one hour before the commencement of the test.

    Dress code - Candidates can wear any formal or informal dress during the examination.
