• It is mandatory to carry the AIBE 21 admit card along with one valid photo identity proof to the exam hall. Without it, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
• AIBE is no longer an open-book exam. Only Bare Acts (without notes and comments) are allowed inside the examination centre.
• Candidates can also carry copies of Bare Acts and downloaded copies of Acts without notes, but if such copies are not available, then copies of Bare Acts with short notes/least notes will be allowed.
• Electronic or Communication devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watches etc. and Books or Notes (except Bare Acts without notes and comments) are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
• Candidates cannot leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the examination and without handing over the Answer sheet.
• Answers must be marked with Blue/Black ball ballpoint pen only.
• Candidates should correctly enter the roll number on the answer sheet as mentioned on the admit card and fill in the respective ovals. Any mismatch would lead to disqualification.
• Candidates must read and follow the instructions carefully as mentioned on the test booklet cover.
• The question booklet set code, roll number and all other necessary information must be correctly entered in the answer sheet.
• In case of more than 50% disability, 20 minutes extra time per is allowed to the candidate. However, such candidates are required to submit a certified copy of disability certificate to the invigilator to avail the extra time.

The AIBE 21 exam will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours. Students will be allowed to enter the exam hall 1.5 hours before the start of the exam.
