CUSAT CAT LLB Eligibility Criteria 2017 have been announced by Cochin University of Science and Technology for aspirants seeking admissions to undergraduate law programmes in the University. Aspirants can check below the required academic qualifications and age for appearing in the entrance exam.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University of Cochin University of Science and Technology.
They must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in final year exam of graduation degree. Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST) need to obtain at least 35%.
There is maximum age limit of 30 years for General category candidates. Those belonging to reserved categories (ST/SC/OBC/PwD) should not be more than 35 years of age.
Who else is eligible?
Students, who are appearing in the final year exam of their Bachelor’s degree programme, are also eligible for applying and appearing in the undergraduate law entrance test. However, they are required to secure the minimum qualifying marks as mentioned above.
Online application form of CUSAT CAT LLB 2017 has been available from February 1, 2017 and candidates can fill till last date February 21, 2017. Admit Card for appearing in CUSAT CAT LLB 2017 law exam will be available from April 15 to 29. The entrance exam will be conducted in Ernakulam on April 29 (4 PM-6 PM) for offering admissions to a total of 40 seats in the three year LLB programmes in the University.
