The Bar Council of India (BCI) will declare the AIBE 22 results tentatively between January 7 to 10, 2027. Candidates can download their AIBE 22 scorecards from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. After declaring the AIBE 22 results, BCI will also open the AIBE 22 OMR rechecking window, allowing candidates to have their answer sheets checked for discrepancies. There is no limit on the number of attempts for candidates who fail in AIBE. Before this, the BCI will release the AIBE 22 final answer key 2026. BCI will conduct the AIBE 22 on November 29, 2026, in offline mode.

Candidates who qualify in the AIBE 22 result will be awarded a Certificate of Practice (CoP). The AIBE CoP is a mandatory document to practise law in India. Candidates who have enrolled in a State Bar Council but have not qualified in AIBE will not be allowed to practise law beyond three years. The AIBE results will be marked as "Withheld" or "Pass (Undertaking)" for candidates who have not enrolled in an SBC. Such candidates must submit their Enrolment Certificate on the official portal. After submitting the Enrolment Certificate, it takes 7 to 10 working days for the AIBE revised result to be updated on the portal.

Click on the AIBE 22 result link
On the next page, log in with the user ID and password
Once logged in, click on the result button
The AIBE 22 result will be displayed on the screen

The AIBE 22 result login will include the following details.

BCI will open the window to allow candidates to apply for the rechecking of OMR sheets shortly after the declaration of results. Candidates who want to get their results rechecked can apply online from the official website till deadline. Such candidates are also required to pay a rechecking fee of Rs 500. After rechecking the OMR sheet, the updated AIBE XXI result will be notified to the candidates in their email. The application to recheck results can only be submitted online, and the rechecking fee is non-refundable.

It must be noted that the All India Bar Examination is a qualifying exam. Every candidate who scores above the AIBE cut-off 2026-27 will be deemed to have qualified for the exam. As per the revised AIBE cut-off last year, the qualifying marks in AIBE are 45% for general and OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. However, the actual AIBE passing marks may change if certain questions are withdrawn as per the final answer key.

The Bar Council of India will publish the AIBE 22 final answer key 2026 tentatively a month after the exam. The final answer key will be made available on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The AIBE 22 exam result 2026 will be prepared based on the final answer key. Candidates can use the final answer key to estimate their scores before the declaration of results.

There is no limit on the number of attempts to appear in the AIBE exam. Candidates who fail to obtain the cut-off marks in the AIBE results 2026 can reappear for the exam in the next session. It is now mandatory for candidates to register with the state bar council before submitting the AIBE application form. Once a candidate registers with a state bar council, that registration will be valid for appearing in the AIBE exam any number of times.
The Bar Council of India will notify the availability of AIBE Certificate of Practice (CoP) on its website. BCI will dispatch the certificates of the candidates who qualified the All India Bar Exam results to the respective State Bar Council in which the candidate is registered. The qualified candidates are required to collect the physical copy of the CoP from the State Bar Council.
