For Rank 3204 in clat PG 2025 General category is there any possibility to get NLU.

Samprikta Mondal 9th Dec, 2024

With a clat rank of 3204 and in 2025 in the general category. If you want to secure a seat in a top NLU, IT might be difficult. But you still have a chance to getting the lower NLU or other reputable law schools. the factors would be the seat availability then number of seats available in the NLU and also the counselling process. definitely prepared your documents for document verification also considered other NLU or other state law colleges as backup CLAT COLLEGE PREDICTOR

my clat pg rank is 13961 can i get nlu

Annu Kumari 8th Dec, 2024

In the clat exam, it is not considered a good rank. With this rank it is difficult to get any NLUs for you. Candidates must score roughly around 70% marks to get into NLUs. For reserved categories, around 5000 rank is considered a good rank, as for reserved categories are much lower for exam. To know more about CLAT ph cut off , visit CLAT pg cut offs

hello sir/ maam im a Maratha student can i use central ews certificate for clat pg cause i didnt fill SCBC category in application....... I have central EWS certificate

Prachi Kumari 8th Dec, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can use your Central EWS certificate for CLAT PG, but here are some important points to consider:

  1. Eligibility for EWS : The Central EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate is intended for candidates who belong to the General category but are economically disadvantaged. If you have a valid EWS certificate, you are eligible to apply under this category.

  2. SCBC Category Issue : If you did not fill the SCBC (Socially and Economically Backward Class) category in your CLAT PG application, you cannot claim this category for reservation, as it is a different category compared to EWS.

  3. Clarification with CLAT Office : Since you did not select the SCBC category in your application, it's crucial to clarify with the CLAT office if your EWS certificate can be used for benefits under the General category, or if any changes are possible in your application.

  4. Documentation : Ensure that your EWS certificate is valid and meets the criteria laid out by CLAT for eligibility.

Hope it helps !

with 2289 all india obc rank in clat pg 2025 what are the chances of getting an nlu?

Mitali Sharma 9th Dec, 2024

Hello

With an All India OBC Rank of 2289 in CLAT PG 2025 , your chances of getting into a National Law University (NLU) depend on several factors  :

1. Category Seats Availability : The number of seats reserved for OBC candidates varies across NLUs .

2. Preferred NLUs : Top NLUs like NLSIU Bangalore , NALSAR Hyderabad and NLU Delhi ( which conducts a separate exam ) generally have higher cutoffs .

3. Program Preference : Some less sought after courses or newer NLUs may have lower cutoffs .

General Insight Based on Trends :

Top NLUs ( NLSIU , NALSAR , NLUD ) : Likely challenging with this rank .

Mid-tier NLUs ( HNLU Raipur , RMLNLU Lucknow , GNLU Gandhinagar ) Moderate chances depending on seat availability .

Newer NLUs ( TNNLU , MNLU Aurangabad) Higher chances of securing admission .

Next Steps :

1. Participate in Counseling : Apply during the counseling process and list your preferences wisely .

2. Keep an Eye on Vacant Seats Rounds : Many candidates withdraw their seats , creating opportunities in subsequent rounds .

Im getting around 35 marks in CLAT pg 2024-25 exam! What can I expect? Will I get any NLU? 2nd tier or 3rd! Im okay with both of its available!

kumardurgesh1802 2nd Dec, 2024

Hello Saurabh,

With around 35 marks in CLAT PG 2024-25, your chances of securing a seat at NLUs depend on your category and cutoffs. For general category, this score may fall short for most NLUs, but reserved category candidates might have a chance in Tier 2 or 3 NLUs like HNLU Raipur or NLU Assam, especially in later counseling rounds. Stay active during counseling and consider private law schools or other universities as backups if required.

may I enquire if a diploma in mechanical is eligible for giving clat?

Kanishka kaushikii 16th Aug, 2024

No, a diploma in mechanical engineering does not qualify you to appear for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test).

CLAT is an entrance exam primarily for undergraduate law programs in India. The basic eligibility criteria usually require a 10+2 qualification or its equivalent.

To be eligible for CLAT, you typically need to have completed your 12th standard or an equivalent examination.

If you're interested in pursuing law, you might consider alternative entrance exams or law programs that accept diploma holders.

I hope this information helps you.
