BA LLB Placement: How placements are conducted in law colleges in India?

The placement process at many law colleges involves internships converting into full-time offers, campus recruitments or students directly applying to companies. The BA LLB placement process includes group discussions, and personal interviews.

Step 1: The five-year BA LLB placement process begins with the Recruitment and Coordination Committee of law colleges by sending invitations to the recruiters.

Step 2: Pre Placement Talk- The recruiters who accepted the invitation then a conduct a Pre-Placement Talk and gives the details about organisation profile, compensation packages, and few other important details.

Step 3: Pre-Interview Screening- Recruiters then conduct Pre-Interview Screening to shortlist the candidates which includes group discussions, written tests. In case, there is no Pre-Interview Screening, the CV of candidates will be shared with the recruiters.

Step 4: Final Interview- After the completion of Pre-Interview Screening, the recruiter will prepare the Final Interview list and share to the RCC at least 48 hours before the scheduled final interview. If any shortlisted candidate from previous round is unavailable, then the Recruiter may choose to interview waitlisted candidate.

No, it is not possible to pursue an MBA after your 3rd year of a BA LLB integrated course from a Mumbai University college as you need to complete your full BA LLB degree to be eligible for an MBA program.Since a BA LLB is a 5-year integrated course, completing only your 3rd year does not fulfill the requirement for an MBA.

Not only in this university but you cannot take admission to any master course before completing your b.a llb integrated course however you can take admission to bachelor's degree on the basis of your 12th marks.
