The Bar Council of India (BCI) has declared the AIBE 20 results on January 7, 2026. They published the AIBE 20 exam final answer key on January 6, 2026. Five questions have been withdrawn. They concluded the AIBE 20 exam on November 30, 2025. The AIBE set-wise provisional answer keys have been released on December 3, 2025. The council has also opened an objection window where candidates can challenge any discrepancies found in the provisional answer key till December 10, 2025. Earlier, according to candidates who appeared for the exam, the AIBE 2025 was moderate in difficulty. The AIBE 2025 exam is open to all law graduates who have completed either a 3-year LLB or a 5-year LLB. Even the final-year law students were eligible to register and appear for the AIBE 20 exam. AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 Question Paper
The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 20 question paper and answer key once the exam is over. The AIBE XX question paper 2025 will be distributed in four different sets: Set A, Set B, Set C and Set D. The AIBE 20 exam will be held in pen and paper mode. The Bar Council of India has released the AIBE 20 provisional answer key on December 3, 2025 at its official website after conducting the AIBE 2025 examination. Candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key of AIBE till December 10, 2025. The objection fee is Rs 500 for each question. After considering the objections raised against the provisional answer key, BCI released the AIBE 20 final answer key on January 6, 2026. AIBE 20 (XX) Qualifying Cutoff 2025
The AIBE 20 cutoff is the minimum mark candidates need to score to qualify for the exam. To pass the AIBE 2025 exam, general and OBC category candidates need to secure a minimum of 45% marks, while SC/ST candidates will be required to score 40% marks. After the release of the final answer key, five questions were reported to be withdrawn. This affected the AIBE passing marks.
