AILET Application Form 2021 - The online application form of AILET 2021 commenced on January 23; last date to submit applications is May 20 (11.55 pm). AILET 2021 application form is for admission to 5-year integrated BA LLB, LLM and PhD programmes. The BA LLB programme has 110 seats and the LLM programme has 70 seats that will be filled using AILET 2021 scores; note that each programme has an additional 10 seats for NRI candidates, but they will be filled using qualifying exam marks. Candidates meeting AILET eligibility criteria of AILET 2021 may submit duly-filled applications before the last date. As part of the online application filling process, the AILET applicant will have to get registered and create a candidate account, fill in application details like academic, personal and contact details, upload documents and pay the application fee. The AILET 2020 exam will be conducted on June 20. Such candidates who successfully fill the form will be issued AILET admit cards 2021 sometime in April. Step 1 - Online Registration
To register for the exam,
Click on application link given above
A registration form will open
Enter applicant details like selection of the programme of study (BA LLB, LLB or PhD)
Also, enter your name, mobile number and email id. Confirm your email id.
Generation of OTP; Next you need to generate an OTP. Click on the "Generate OTP" option.
Enter the security code displayed on screen and then submit the details.
Note: Information once submitted cannot be rectified, so ensure to enter correct and verifiable data only.
Enter OTP to move to next step of the application process
- The OTP that is generated will be sent to the registered email id
- Enter the OTP in the box that will appear on screen
On successful registration:
- Application number and password will be generated.
- The details will be sent to the registered email id of the candidate.
Step 2 - Fill the AILET application form
The application form will have three sections:
Upon successful registration, the candidate will be able to access the application form.
The following details have to be entered in the application form.
Personal Details: Enter your date or birth, category, gender, religion and nationality
Select AILET 2021 exam centres: A maximum of three centres can be selected; options should be entered in the order of priority.
Contact Details: Fill in contact details like address, pin code, country, and state
Family details, including name of parents, their occupation, mobile number, annual income, etc have to be entered.
Qualification details: The candidate will next have to enter qualification details.
Step 3 - Upload images
In this step the candidate will have to upload a photograph in the prescribed format. The required specification is given below.

The candidate will also have to upload their signature.
Step 4 - Pay the application fee
The candidate next has to pay the exam cum application fee. The fee has to be paid in online mode using credit card, debit card or internet banking.

Depending on whether the candidate is seeking admission to the BA LLB programme or one-year LLM programme, the candidate to refer to the specific eligibility criteria.

AILET 2021 Admit Card
Admission officials will issue the AILET admit card 2021 to all candidates who have successfully applied for the pen and paper exam. An important document for taking the AILET 2021 exam, the AILET admit card will carry such details like the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of AILET exam, name and address of allotted AILET 2021 exam centre.
Note that on the day of the exam, the candidate needs to bring with them a valid photo id proof and admit card.

The AILET is a law exam which is conducted by the National Law University of Delhi and it offers admissions onely fore NLU Delhi.
In order to be eligible for the AILET examination, how to score minimum 50% marks in your class for board examination and there is no restrictions on the number of Attempts limited for taking up the AILET examination.

Which 3 year program are you asking about?
AILET examination is conducted to offer following programs :-
*BA LLB ( 5 year integrated llb)
*LLM ( master of law - 2 years)
You are not eligible for llm or master of law as to be eligible you need to do undergraduate in law i. e llb or equivalent first .
To do llb ,one has 2 options :-
* 5 year integrated llb like ba llb, after 12th
* llb, 3 year after graduation
So , after bsc, you can go for 3 year llb but AILET is not the entrance exam for the same.
You can go for DU llb or bhu llb entrance examination, as they offer 3 year llb.
And yes being, a final year student you will be eligible for 3 year LLB entrance examinations

*CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test and it offers admission in 19 universities and it offers 2,420 seats in total . It is an online exam and it contains only MCQ based questions. It contains total of 200 quetions of 200 marks.
*Where has fee structure is :-
* for general category is 4,000 and for SC/ST category is 3,500
*Where has AILET stands for All India Law Entrance Test and has only one participating institute that is, the National Law University, Delhi. And it offers 73 seats for the LLB program whereas 20 seats for the LLM program. It contains total of 150 quetions for 150 marks and it is an offline exam .
